Love how the reporters refer to the job at Pools, but basically it never gets the time to be quite warm enough to even be the ‘Lukewarm Seat’.

Good point. Maybe 'Ejector Seat' would be a more accurate description.

I’d imagine the calendar in the managers ‘waiting room’ only ever has 3 months on it.

For the first season in charge they came out of a corn flake box…..once the flakes were gone so was the manager.

The Hartlepool Mail understands that Nicky Featherstone, Peter Hartley and Elliot Dickman are leading the race to become the next permanent Hartlepool United manager.
