Aw have you missed us.
Yesterday was our village annual gala and my daughter organises it, so I have been helping with that. Been a hectic week on that front as usual. Today I have travelled down to Tewkesbury with my missus to begin our tour of the West Country.
No idea what Snowy is doing so can't help with that one.
Don't worry my eagle eye is still in good fettle. :laugh:

Captain Snowy instructed me to post his demise on the bunker if things went wrong. Worse than that he said I would have to eat the evidence ( the bunker site ) to avoid it getting into the wrong hands. :laugh:

thats the weakness of messageboards. doubt anyone really knows anyone else who posts by sight, where they live or more details about them like phone numbers. might be an idea for getting more information about people before they start posting but only on a voluntary basis. its not as if there are many who do post compared to our crowds and it certainly would not bother me getting a phone call if i was missing without a reason.

I had a terrier called snowy who was the spit of Tin Tin’s dog …a lovely dog with the mind of a psychopath, but I loved him never the less…. I was on a course for a Swiss company and the wife phoned me to speak to him as he wouldn’t let her and her mother leave the house… it worked, but I felt a right prick.

Funnily enough, saw an abandoned trawler beached near Peel Island on the entrance approaches to Barrow Docks cut clean in half and, totally weird, as though someone had cut it with a bread knife….a big bread knife that is.
