Fuck sake! 2 points dropped to a late equaliser. Should have been out of sight by then. Another penalty saved, and at least 3 really good chances to go 3-1 up in the second half.

Fair play to Twente, though, they stuck in there and didn't give up.

Thanks for kind words we where outclassed but dig in for a hard earned point we will use this to kick on with rest of season

Steetley West View FC knocked off the top of the league. I want my ball back! Ah well, lovely sunny day and apt to be stuffed at home off Crimmer. Pit banghead y The Seagull pub is no longer there to drown my sorrows. Probably do a Pools now and win again next October.

Good end to end game with Greatham, defensive mistakes cost us yet again, also picked up a couple of injuries. Disappointing second defeat in a row, after a good start to the season . beginning to display Pools style inconsistency.

FC1NIL (2-2) Andrex .

Happy with a point away from home.

2 goals away from home again, but conceded 2.

Certainly entertaining the fans, but frustrating the Manager! and the players.

Dads Army get their first win of the season, we have been playing well, but not getting our just rewards. Looked like it would be another draw again today, but an OG in the 80th minute gave us a deserved victory. We need to stop conceding sloppy goals, but we will work on the defence in training this week & be ready to go in the next game.

My lots results seem to have a horribly familiar look to them, too close to a genuine Pools season for my liking.

Played 4 won 1 drawn 1 lost 2. It's going to be a long season!

Why is is that I have no interest in this yet I am looking for certain results a bit like I used to with the aussie results that used to be on the littlewoods pools coupons. Absolutely bizarre.

Not bizarre at all, I myself would always look out for the results of North Dandenong in the day for the same reason

Such memories being dug up during these strange times. I too looked forward to the Aussie footy scores and my adopted team was Box Hill. I can remember Mooroolbark, Subiaco, Dandenong (my brother's team).

Well what can I say to that, you know it's not your day when we should have been 4 nil up at half time.

Dominated possession in second half, only for our defender to slice the ball onto the post, then for it to come off his arse and into the net in the 97th min.

Shit happens.

Another indifferent performance in our 2-2 draw with Fulchester, Bob Watson saving the day with another couple of goals. Probably a fair result on the balance of play.

I think a point each was fair. Would love a player like Watson, he was quiet most of the fame but took both of his chances really well

Full house and a tight game, me and my coach noticed that the Zeppelin players were pulling at the back of their shorts?
We thought they bought the wrong kit? We then realised that they maybe had not wiped there arses properly. ( (see Zeppelin managers comments about putting fingers through loo roll)

we conveyed this observation to our players at half time, and sure enough they were still fidgeting about and scratching there arses.

This allowed us from a free kick to score, while said arse scratching by Zeppelin was going on.

After that we could should have wipe them out, but we will take a clean sheet as a positive result against the team that is top for now.

I will be sending Zeppelins Manager The Ladybird book on how to wipe your arse properly, enjoy. :-D :-D

Flying Pig 3 v 2 Jolly Boys

Another disappointing result, that now sees us drop into the bottom 6. We are scoring 2 goals every game, more often than enough that should be enough to get the 3 points, but our problems are at the back, where we are conceding 2 and occasionally 3, concede 3 and you will generally get beat.

Jolly Boys tonight completed the loan signing of 19 year old defender Jack Collins on a season long loan from Celtic. Collins spent last season on loan at Hungarian side Coronavaros.

If he's as good as his uncles Sam and Neil he should be a good signing for the Corbyn Stadium outfit.

Just typical, beat the top team then lose to Lowfields, take one nil lead at half time then concede 3 in 15 mins extra training in order, especially defense.

Up next Bootboys at home, got to be on our toes for that one, against one of the senior managers in this league, he's seen it all.
