What is the most expensive item you have ever bought? (Excluding houses!)

Yup, a car as well, a tasty VW Vento. Loved it for three years and then sold it when I got a company car.

Same here; a car or motorbike. Probably the latter because all of my cars for the last 15 years have been company cars. I suppose it'll be the bike then. Yamaha YZF-R1 cost me around £9000.

Now I come to think of it me too. It's also the most expensive thing I've ever sold. You should have asked me before buying mate I'd have warned you off :laugh:
