What is the most expensive item you have ever bought? (Excluding houses!)

I've had her. :grin:

She was that expensive her second name is 'fleeced....'

Yup, a car as well, a tasty VW Vento. Loved it for three years and then sold it when I got a company car.

Same here; a car or motorbike. Probably the latter because all of my cars for the last 15 years have been company cars. I suppose it'll be the bike then. Yamaha YZF-R1 cost me around £9000.
