PostPosted: Fri Dec 14, 2007 9:40 pm
having been in exile for 25 years i think its time for some people on this bunker to own up.the last trip i orginised was torquay vs pools 1981/2 seaason bus, hotel, everythink.as the orginiser i was responsable for the substancial bill for damages in the hotel most of which was for damp mattresses.so after all these years is any one willing to own up i have a few suspect,s in mind confesion would be welcome sctatchinghead

Not guilty, I was otherwise engaged. My chief suspects would be Frankie, John Darwin and Kev.

kev mac's excuse was he couldn't drink water from anywhere but hpool, so he carried bottles of it everywhere. After damping down he said "someone must av sneaked in my room and poured the water all over his matress". needless to say he tried to blame me, but we all knew it was just he's excuse to get out of it

I would have to give serious thought to packing in the booze if I started to piss myself after a night on the piss, but fair play to these lads, they have battled through and not let it stop them!

Jockthemonkey must have made some money out of that trip, if Mouldy old dough coughed up 50 bar and everyone else chipped in for 15 damp mattresses, and no doubt frankiedourememberme will have paid up front for his.
Making it a nice little earner. :uhoh:
