It's not often I manage to stick to a New Year resolution, but,
I've just completed my 300th continuous day of running.
Gotta keep on running to get the year up!

it's bad for you to run every day isn't it ? Doesn't your body need some rest days thrown in the recover, i know mine does when I have a few days in a row running or at the gym.....

Yes you're quite correct Jonny rest and recovery days are an integral part of any type of training,
however, my rest day consists of a very easy minimum 15 minute jog.

Have I got to where I'm going yet? Errr no, ever decreasing circles Mutt me auld mucker, ever decreasing circles!
