Getting bored

Waiting for my bestie Jamie to get his arse out of bed. :laugh:

And got thinking how this horrible season could easily have been a playoff season. Had Raj listened to us and got rid of Sarly one month earlier or pushed Mr.Burns back to his care home one month earlier the playoffs were a very real genuine possibility. This season we had one good team Barnet two semi good teams York & FGR. The rest apart from Sunday league team Ebbsfleet are about the same. I have put together some figures that show why we could have finished in the playoffs. Here you can see the form from last 5 games.

TAMWORTH W4 D1 LO F13 A5 POINTS 13
ALDERSHOT W4 D1 L0 F12 A6 POINTS 13
POOLS W1 D2 L2 F7 A 6 POINTS 5
Gateshead got 0 points / Alty only 1 /Rochdale 5 / Oldham 6 / Halifax 7 / Oldham 8. So that's the so called good teams and they have all fell apart. We got only 5 points from 5 games when the biggest critics must admit we deserved something from all these games. How did we not beat Altringham ( they are shit we missed chances galore and allowed them to steal the 3 points ). The two draws we created bags of chances and dominated but only got 2 points. And in the York game we definitely deserved at least a point. Imagine what a wonderful position we should be in now just going by those 5 games alone. The division is full of average teams and if Raj had done either above mentioned actions I am convinced we could have walked into a playoff place despite a terrible season. I am beginning to believe that Smithers is doing a grand job overall and should have had the job earlier. It's looking like this will be one of the lowest ever points tally to gain a playoff place.
What did surprise me is the form of Tamworth ( loyal tipped them to get relegated after the Pools win ) and Aldershot ( Tommy was really poorly and results showed ) but he returned and this fired the team to some amazing form similar to when Sir Cyril died. Both these teams have a very real chance now against all the odds. But once again we look like missing out through incompetence by that clown Raj. rakxe

Apparently they only have buckets made from bamboo and when a fire occurs they fill the buckets from the single tap in the centre of the village and run as fast as possible to put out the fire. Unfortunately 90% of the water leaks out through the bamboo making it almost impossible for his people to put these fires out. :laugh:

Despite the obvious fact me and Jamie don't get on I would be well pissed off if he ever left the site. He gives me hours and hours of laughter indirectly due to other posters humorous replies to him.
