The Poolie Bunker

Used to have a game and would hazard a guess I'm up overall after a £500 and a £800 win off around £15 total for the two. But since them I've won fuck all and now don't bother.

I would but i don't speak Greek or Chinese..

You mean they don't have a 'complete bollocks' app??

I've played them a few times, won a bit and lost a bit but they are a bookies dream. I've seen people stick what must be £400-£500 - reloading them with note after note and literally getting bot all. I know that bad runs can happen at the casino but from what I've seen the machines are ridiculous.....

I know people who have lost massive amounts on them.people you thought were quite sane..well.

So that was you in the bookies then!!

Spunked off some winnings like but left happy.

Your right though they are CRIMINAL

They are a complete mugs game like, I once watched a mate lose nearly a grand on the Roulette in a about half an hour. Most of his money was centred around one number that obviously never dropped in while he squandered most of his months wages. After he admitted defeat I said I'll show you how rigged these machines are. I put a quid on his number and it dropped straight in first press. Funny that.

They should be illegal, no wonder people end with gambling problems chasing cash lost in minutes.

What a load of fukn bullshit!!!!!!

They are the devil though. Completely agree. Had some bad days on the bastards in the past.

I'm sure the government are looking at changing the law regarding the number of machines a bookies can have in its shop. I think it's now limited to 4 per shop but this law is apparently going to be relaxed to allow more.
It's also a fact bookies cluster in deprived areas, places where rents are low and people are vulnerable with what little cash they have.
The lot should be foooking banned. It's a disease where there's very few winners and from what I've been told as addictive as a shot of smack!!

What is?

All gamblers are addictive. I'll openly admit I love a bet. When them machines 1st come out i lost a fortune, it's just way too easy to lose vast amounts in a short space of time. Saying that a suppose horses and dogs are just the same. All fixed to Fuck and high risk if your going to spend an afternoon in the bookies. I spend far more on football these days than horses. Still lose a fortune though!!

So your mate lost a grand which is fair enough but then you said watch me, I'll put a pound in and I'll prove to you how fixed they are and hey presto like magic that 1 number drops in, like a said

Yes an absolutely true story.

If my life was so incomplete that I had to make stuff up on a message board I'd probably spend half of my time in the bookies.

Ok fair enough

The number was your mental age, 11.

Oooooooo so hurtful pj you nasty bastard.......

You work for maudlin?

I'm sure Mr Birthmark knows the lad involved in my initial post actually, and the other lad who was there.

Without going into too much detail his life is in a whole World of shit now. He's lost just about all of his friends and his family want fuck all to do with him. Is he a smack head? No he's lost fortunes, of mostly not even his own money on those machines.

Dosnt ring a bell, name??

All profits good though. Have ya bothered with bournemouth then??

Didnt have a clue who you were like until you mentioned b'mouth. Then the (cheap dig) thread gave it away!!

I'll now never forget those tinted locks now though!

Our lass works in oxy Rd I'll have to tell her of your criminal activites and to keep an eye on you lol

Aye Bournemouth would be a traders dream this week like.

When my current job ends and if they Dont get more work I'll Be looking at trading to make ends meet like. Played poker last time for a sponsor but was sit n gos and the occasional torny and although it paid my bills i didn't enjoy it. Put shitloads of hours in but was extremely frustrating especially in top 4 at end when it just turns into a crapshoot. He had his mtt players and that was that. Trading looks a sound business if you lay sensibly

I wasn't thinking of doing it on the high street, was thinking firms like paddy power and 365 who offer best odds guaranteed (just in case) and then lay them back on betfair?? Only looked into the other day as a thought I'd be payed off at end of month but didn't. Hopefully well get more rigs to build but if not I'll be looking at trading to try and pay the bills.

What's the best betting forums like for information??

Chip, you must be one rich man!!!
