The Poolie Bunker

1. Their first pen was for a challenge out of the area...they scored.
2. They got a dodgy free kick, Liddle got yellowed...Elding then pushed Ben Clarke...they scored.
3. How the fuck was that not offside? They scored.
4. Their 2nd pen: couldn't see much but it looked to be outside the area.

Worst ref EVER.

... and their fans were chanting ' the referee's a wanker '
how crazy is that

They gave him a standing a standing ovation at half time, second half they were booing him.

With a smattering of help form the other two in black Question if a linesman sees a foul in the area he puts his flag across his chest for a penalty? Therefore if the flag doesn't go across his chest a foul hasn't been committed are you still with me ? Then why the fu@k after a consultation with that clown in the middle was there suddenly a penalty awarded???
To repeat the quote Worse Ref ever !!!

I'm pretty certain that the lino did have his flag across his chest, as soon as the ref blew the whistle I glanced at the lino and said 'he's given a f'ing pen'

Let's be fair though lads, our penalty wasn't exactly a stonewall either.

According to the reporter from Sky our penalty was as clear as day

I stand corrected, reading the Stockport sites it seems that our pen was a definite. I thought he went down far too theatrically.

Hang about, is that a decision that the referee got right?!!

just what was their first pen given for ?

Dimi fouling there diving 2@ of a striker

or

Ben's foul, committed a yard outside the box

or

something I completely missed

Ben's foul, committed a yard outside the box.

The referee was shocking.

First half everything came our way.

Second half everything went your way.

Doesn't make it right.

They're going on about bringing in penalty shoot outs, well to improve the game they should try improving the standard of the referees first.

Except of course your second penalty and our managers sending off, quite significant things that didn't go our way.

But I do agree Jack, these games have real impact on the season for both clubs and yet the best we seem to be able to get is a clown like that who's more intent on getting written up in the papers than overseeing two good teams play out a football match.

It's time the refs assessors reports were made available. We all learn who the good and bad ones are but absolutely nothing ever seems to happen to the useless ones.

Looks like it was for something you completely missed

Good job we had an eagle-eyed ref, wasn't it

Even IF the first was a pen, he was still a clown. He was way out of his depth.

They gave him a fucking standing ovation at half time, I've NEVER in my life heard or seen anything like that. Totally pathetic.
