rose wine

is apparantly red wine brewed up without the skins

this chilean drop i'm supping is 13and a half% and very nice

anyone know the deal with rose wine?

it def aint halfy halfy red n white is it?

I quite like rose wine. It's smart. For the uninitiated it's a Zinfandel grape that it's made of although some of the Cabernet varitey are also suitable.

Them what thinks it's poncy are just roughneck yobbos completely devoid of class and culture what should be publicly flogged. :roll:

you're talking out of the place where you stick your cream fella.

to dislike something is to have an opinion - does not merit the classification of a roughneck yobbo - personally it's not to my taste i find it over poncy and somewhat gay and much rather prefer a very good red - a strong zinfandel, a meritous cabernet sauvignon or my current favourite - pecharmant.

each to their own, you buy your rosay and leave my reds alone!! :lol:

I never said dislike, I said 'thinks it's poncy.' Some people like poncy. Ikea made a living out of poncy. So did Terence Conran.

Red's fine I like red I only have red in the rack at the moment. One Rioja and one Merlot. Both of which will accompany me to a party tonight.

But there's nowt wrong with rosay, never has been, never will be. :wink:
