It's the closest I've come to vomiting without having eaten/drunk something disagreeable.

The worst bit was the noises he made, low groaning moans like a cow, before he reached down and screamed 'it's popped out, it's popped out'. Poor bastad.

I was impressed by how quickly the ambulance turned up mind, only about 2 and a half minutes.
