A clear out is never going to happen feel sorry for Landon that the advice he has been given by so called experts a really clueless rogues.

Mind a good move would be to get rid of Bromby and partners i think this is absolutely essential.

Maynard will want things his own way. I doubt he will want to deal with the current set up.
Landon will need to get rid of the people he relied upon to set up Pools under his new regime.
No use saying he knows nowt about football, he will surely know something now.
The existing set up does not work, the people Landon employed at Pools have failed big time.

we need to forget the past and the geography of the country. we were hoping for a new beginning and something that would have lasted longer than 6 weeks. yes thats how long ago it actually was when hopes were high and we scored 2 goals thats not been repeated or improved upon. LS has his own job to do at home and there is no need for him to drop everything just to fly over in a new world where there are skyp calls to be made.

How many times do you need to be told!

Although he may not be an expert in respect of English non-league football, Landon is obviously an astute, shrewd businessman and will be readily able to handle small fry such as Bromby and Partners. He will have ensured that a contract awarded to B&P is filled with clauses, payment milestones etc in the event of under performance throughout the 2026/27 campaign. As they have fallen flat on their miserable faces after only six weeks I would assume that they are already well behind programme and have forfeited early payments. Just allow the guy a bit of time to sort this mess eh.?

You are painting a positive scenario joe and good on yah for it but what if your assumptions are wrong. For a start would you continue with the same people running the show??? I certainly wouldn't.

In my opinion, the cull should not just be to back room staff and Bromby & Partners, some of the players also need to go:-
Gibson - Too Slow, too injury prone, Overweight and just not good enough
Hunter - Too Slow, not good enough
Sheron - Too Slow, not good enough
Bondo - Christ on a bike! Foreman and Donaldson are much better option.
Benn - Clueless at defending, even Darcy is better than him.

I just hope that Landon can summon up some more funds for whoever is the incoming manager to remove these players off the wage bill and allow others to be brought in.
