To get back on track has to be a minimum of 4 pts.

Not stupid enough to expect 6 but would be over the moon if it happened

Make or break games for me as the difference between 2 wins or losses will be about 10 positions in the division 5 Table.

Kiddy win

Alty draw.

UTP
Combined 500 away fans which is decent for night games.

UTP.

well we provide more finance to the opposition than they will to us with the number of poolies there. thats something you can be certain of as all scores are always in doubt.

Don’t get me going about bloody Kidderminster.
I was up at 4 yesterday, had a job on and ended with exercising the hounds up North Gare.
Had my tea and fell asleep on the couch…wife woke me up and asked me if I was watching the Pools match so tried to get it on …..no joy, tried to get the score, nothing came up and came on here to find no one was watching…kept checking but gave up in disgust,..the wife told me she’d be out in the morning and I realised it was Thursday
But we never lost in my alternative world

Fragile keeper so defence will need to be solid to protect him. Cant say I am feeling optimistic.

He showed against Woking that he's a decent shot stopper, but it's odds on that either Kiddy or Alty - or both - will try to pin him on his line with corners and long throws. That's when it'll get dicey.

If we lose both games due to keeper issues, a loan keeper will have to be signed. But, you never know, the young lad might surprise us all.

He surprised me too, so let’s see how it goes, but we have to be prepared now just in case.

He made a couple of very good saves the other night so we'll just have to hope he can take his opportunity to shine.

I gather his shot stopping is good but I suspect it will be a Dracula problem: cant cope with crosses.

Tonight's starting 11 is what you'd expect but that's a very inexperienced bench.

What a shit show that was . No shots on goal and a keeper who can’t command his box. He’s just routed to his spot and concedes a soft goal . There is no way Merrick would have conceded that. TBA even I’m starting to think we can forget promotion. How long does Clarke get . He’s just not addressing the problems . For all the so called quality we have invested in we are no way forward than last year .

Absolute shambles, getting outplayed all over the pitch. Midfield non existent, just hit and hope football, it's absolutely shocking.

As per pretty much every game this season, our passing is poor, completely disorganised, look really vulnerable at the back, mainly due to playing an uncoordinated high line.

Also as per pretty much every game this season, the opposition look better organised, pass better, largely appear to have better players.

We only have three or four players who are top three or four quality and due to poor tactical abilities, we don’t get anyway near the best out of them.

Cue a fantastic second half performance following astute tactical changes!

Giving ourselves a mountain to climb yet again, this is a poor side, unbalanced and give the ball away constantly.

Can’t believe he left Eccleston on after HT to be honest. Booked after 5 minutes, an own goal and consistently getting beat by their winger. Now we are down to 10 men…

This is pure shit.

Worst team in the history of our division 5 existence.

If the budget is done then it's a relegation battle.

I’ve seen enough . One shot at goal in the whole match . Dare I say it . This is relegation form . No player has had a good game and this squad looks way out of its depth . We are not improving and if anything getting worse . Can’t even pass a ball . Featherstone I take everything back

It is hard to find words for how poor this team look. There are no runners off the ball, no fight, no skill, no hope. This group look like they have never played at this level or above. Absolute shambles!!!!

Far worse than last season at least Fetherstone had them organised, even if it was a bit defensive at times.

But that was far better than this shambles, with an obviously significantly increased budget. That says something about the recruitment, the Manager/coaching or both.

Not a chance of being anywhere near the playoffs.

Looks like another lost season unless action is taken…I said earlier on this topic we have two matches to sort things out…we don’t need two, that match confirmed to me we’re in trouble.

Clark doesn't seem to have a Plan A nevermind a Plan B, just look clueless and lost, definitely in a relegation fight with this squad.

Most of the players we signed this season were relegated last season with their Clubs or achieved sweet FA. On paper the players look good, the big question is, where has the so called budget been spent and why use it all up and leave nothing back for emergencies :eusa-think:

Action will be taken to at best avoid relegation.

Absolute disgusting attitude n non effort from the player's.

Absolute tripe. Not one of them looked the part tonight. As for the manager, what the hell were Bromby doing picking Clark.

Eccleston is suddenly becoming a liability.

Five goals conceded in seven games has cost us 12 points.

Really puts scraping a home win on Saturday into perspective, doesn't it? Making Lee Clark Manager can only be the football equivalent of the old boys' network in action.

Nice fella (he's nothing like Hartley or Sarll as a personality) but other than not throwing his players under the bus in post-match interviews he's got nowt to recommend him. As his record as a manager for the last 10 years makes clear.

We haven't played a single game this season so far where I've thought we did well. Win, lose or draw, every single performance has been poor.

Tonight just took it to a whole new level. We've got a manager who responds to going down to ten men by bringing Terry Bondo on. Which effectively brought us down to 9 men. You couldn't make it up.

What is really telling is the lack of any game plan, Kidderminster are not even at any kind of level, they had a couple of tidy players but they didn't have to do anything. It is again the lack of any effort or guile from pools. I can't see a single player who I think we can look to. I can't see Pools scoring or creating anything, Clarke has to go now to even make a fist of anything. How have we got to this? Miley was getting the ball in our half facing backwards and going backwards and sideways with not one runner off him. Not one single pass and move the entire game. Its bereft of anything football, so sad to see.

When you play 4 4 2.
The wingers are supposed to put decent crosses into the box.
It looks more like 4 1 1.
Impossible task for Harris.

Fully expecting Clarky to be gone before Wednesday.

If not then a real attendance of 2999 on Saturday.

Bizarre tactics, lack of commitment, zero entertainment, lack of positive football, disjointed players, gates going down quicker than the Titanic, lethargy and anger with the fans, what has Lee Clark ever done for us.
Couldn’t resist the Monty Python take.. but we’re being served Comedy football so it’s appropriate. :D

Smith not very complimentary on his X account @LandonSmithTX, it appears to be a genuine account.
‘What a complete load of crap tonight.
I’m beyond pissed. Y’all straight up embarrassed me out there.
Every single one of you let me down. I’m looking at everything and I’m not playing around. This ain’t acceptable.
Landon Smith’
