France were easily beaten by Spain but the Ally McCoist was banging on about how poor France were. I guess he has never thought about giving credit to the opposition. Maybe France were made to look bad by a vastly superior side. If England manage to beat the Argies, Spain will be one heck of a challenge and we will need every ounce of Touchel's tactictal nouse.

I’m surprised T.T hasn’t been given more credit in the way that Haarland was completely nullified. Everyone, their dogs and even barely functioning Americans were raving about the tournament’s favourite striker and how we were facing “Erling Haarland’s Norway”

T.T. and the players managed something that other teams simply couldn’t by taking Haarland out of the game, Norway, hoisted by their own petard (Hamlet) chuckle…
