Pools squad in training

We seem to be a bit lacking in the usual stuff showing the new squad training together. Instead, there's this bit of self-promotion for the home kit sponsors:

Yeah I thought there would be more training vids. and pics. Anyone know if we have a new media guy yet?

Can't be, there has been zero video content-- all new signing interviews have been limited to the written word.

Make Simmo the next non- player signing- he'd have had loads of content out by now- helping the fans to ride the crest of this new wave. That's my only criticism so far.

Traing video’s are a bit like watching welders and sheep grazing.

at least we have been spared all the new players being interviewed with a new scarf round their neck coming out with the same old stuff we have heard for years. we know we have a large fanbase at this level who are noisy and can get behind the team and we are more delighted than them for the season to start

As soon as I heard <club name> were interested it was a no-brainer for me, I had a chat with <manager name> and he laid out his plans, how he wants to play, and where I fit into that, and I really bought into the project.

(I’ve played here before / I’ve talked to guys who have played here before), and I know what an intimidating place this can be for opposition teams, so I can’t wait to be out there with that support behind me.

I’m just excited to meet the lads and get started now. Hopefully we’ll kick-on this season and repay the fans for their support.

i like to get forward and think the fans will enjoy my play there and in my defensive role. anybody who wants to watch and listen to all that punctuated by a few erms and ums must be easily pleased and enjoy paying there tv licence on top.
