No surprise to see him putting his name about. His ambition is to manage again. I don't think he'll stay at Pools but this isn't definitive one way or the other.

Looks to me like a shop window advert, for potential suitors. Think he'll stay if nothing turns up.
If he does go- probably be a Yorkshire club in the NLN

Interesting that he says he had to change his style of play to suit the club, suggests someone was pulling his strings and the manager didn't have full control of team affairs to me. If so we need shot of whoever was directing things.

Sounds like the Football Last Will and Testament of someone who thinks he’s done a good job and now feels badly done to.
He may well feel that way…but…from our side of the pitch, it just wasn’t what we wanted.
He may well succeed in the future, but we were used as a lab to test out his early learning experiments in how to manage a football club…but we were sick of years of this under the previous regime and needed experience and stability at the helm, not clinging onto the hope something might come good.
Statistics quoted were for a period that was hardly inspiring and don’t stand up to comparison in those wilderness years..

Too many draws and losses against teams we really should have been beating, particularly at home.
Definitely sounds like he's got to leave as it reads as a bit of a dig at the club for not retaining him as manager. Although given how many times he eventually signed a new deal with us as a player, after realising it was us or nothing, he may well stick around if it's the only offer on the table for him.

The full Carlisle game was outstanding to watch we're every player gave 100 % and looked like they enjoyed the game which got the ground rocking.

we did well in games where the players did not need any motivation. feel when we needed some it was missing but blame them as much as him.

looking at his cv and his record with us on paper i,m sure he,ll get an offer from somebody. lot depends how low in the pyramid he is prepared to drop and how far from home he is prepared to travel again.
