in his interviews he just underlines what he really is, a temporary measure. not everyone has the ability to be a full time manager as world cup winners for england have shown that. he could know this league from top to bottom. at least sweeney knew his capabilities and stayed behinf the scenes as a coach. its horses for courses as the best welder does not mean he,ll be the best foreman but could do other jobs at a firm. hopefully we can get a proper manager in on a good screw with a top league budget to play with. nobody just despirate for a job either.

It's supposed to work as attack down the right n the left sided player becomes the second forward n vive-versa.

Either way ya still got to get past 5 defender's n a keeper unless our wide players have electric pace n can actually cross a ball.

Given last Saturday's horror show, Feath's embarrassing - and indeed depressing post match interview, the subsequent loss of George Evans and Benn's suspension I don't think we have any chance of breaking 4k. Having said that, a positive, morale boosting announcement from the new owners coupled with one or two new signings would make a big difference and rekindle the spark that has faded a little since Landon's original announcement.

Agree 100% but for the life of me I cant see us winning on Saturday. A turgid draw or a an Altrincham victory is the most likely outcome in my view.

one thing with pools is nobody has a clue which pools will turn up. any result or score would not surprise me. doubt anybody predicted the outcome of our last two games for a start.
