Arrived in a place called Hoi An, small town albeit a scooter driver decided to side swipe the taxi, all cleared up amicably no injuries partly due to the 60 kph speed limit which the drivers adhere to.
Stopped at this same hotel before, they have the Vietnam flag affixed to every balcony and is in general displayed everywhere. Can you imagine the outcry from the woke brigade if this was done in the UK ?

its hard to imagine the woke brigade only existing in the UK but doubt they have a big thing about the national flag of the country they live in.

St George's Day moved from 23rd April to 28th April, all down to the church not allowing a saint's day in easter week.

So we can all put out our english flags on Monday and celebrate!

Having been here 3 times before the Vietnamese don’t have a problem with it, they are making a decent living where as in a trip to Cambodia the locals were far less happy than the Vietnamese.

One thing Thailand has got right, restricted occupations and a tour guide is one of them, a few Russians been caught out recently and deported.
