Aye, same here. Donald Trump is the most entertaining leader of a country I can remember in a long while, and perhaps the finest wind-up merchant of all time.

He seems to have found a way off pissing off practically every person I know that thoroughly deserves to be pissed off, and watching the blood of many of my family, friends and acquaintances reaching boiling point at his every utterance gives me immense pleasure indeed.

Quite frankly I don't care if he's the love-child of Pol Pot and Papa Doc Duvalier, as he puts the joy of laughter on my face practically every day of the week.

The scariest thing about Trump's latest hissy fit is that the leader of arguably the powerful nation on earth has started a trade and tariff war without having a clue what a tariff is. He had that big board of figures showing "here's what they charge us, so here's what we'll charge them". So he's making terrifyingly batshit claims like "the EU charges us 39% tariffs", which they really really really fucken don't (it's more like 3-4%). They've really just sat in the pub and said "what's our trade deficit with country/trading block/penguin colony A?" and "what is its exports to us?", then dividing one by the other and saying that's the tariff they charge. It's astonishing just how wrong that is. And then of course he makes this big show of saying "we'll only charge them half", so that his dumb sycophants all around the globe can smugly proclaim that Trump is being generous and that these countries were taking the piss. Nuts.

Then they send Mandelson over in an attempt to soft soap Trump, again it never worked, neither did 008s licenced to bore Kier Stormers most cringeworthy event of the year, when he passed Trump that letter, offering a free holiday in the UK at the expense of the UK taxpayer, under the guise of meeting the King. You couldn't make it up, and you expect Trump to have some sort of respect for us?. Its the way we do things us British, a bunch of bumbling fools, perfectly described in tv programmes like Yes Prime Minister and Black Adder etc, look at our World Cup bids etc, we seem to think just because we are the UK, we can queue jump and a brown envelope is always the solution. depends where racism is put on the list of the worst characteristics a person could possess. feel over the last few years its risen up that list even if there has been more reasons than ever for people to think that way. what will the future hold when we look at the wrongs uns of the past say hindley and brady and saville. they might have been bad but at least they did not have a racist bone in their body. never forget that racism is not confined to people with a white skin y a long shot.

did not say it was a league table as such but out of possible hundreds of bad chracteristics around that all people have its become more important in some circles not to be thought being racist. how many posts you see that starts with the words of, i,m not racist but. really whats the need to say those words prior to writing something else. things are so bad now that if you are not racist the you must be unconsiously be due to your skin colour. more or less with some then you cannot win but further this is pushed you,ll see more racism and not less with people being actually proud of being called it.

It's so easy nowadays for almost any opinion to be classed in some form as "ism" or "ist" by someone based usually on their own perspective or opinion on the day. What's worse is when the most offended are often not even the so called targets or victims of the "ism".

The biggest problem of all on this site is this racists stuff being pushed around like confetti. I take offence to this simply because l am not in the slightest bit racists. I am equally certain by far the vast majority are not racists on this site either. Some people want the borders open to all some people want the whole thing properly vetted to decide who is and who is acceptable.This I believe would be the case regardless of skin colour and race. That is not racists its basic common sense and should be in every persons thoughts. I suggest if anyone notices remarks that could actually be racist then yes call it out. But for the sake of sanity and fairness please direct it at those individuals and not at all members who are simply concerned about our future and the direction we are heading in. One other thing again " common sense " we all have differing opinions and thats healthy. But on the serious subjects it would be good to debate propery who knows we might change our individual views.

I have two indian friends one born here and the other came over with his father a doctor back in 1989. I asked both the same via text two weeks back and they are more concerned that I am. Now surely these friends cannot also be racists One is known as ( Jimmy ) name he picked himself back when he arrived as a 13 yrs old because when playing on the wing for school team it was easier for his team mates to shout pass cross etc. as opposed to his real long name. ( he said a lot choose a english name ) and also use their own.
