This is crazy…..there should be one common law under God ….as they used to say.
Now we’re discriminating under race, culture and status…….lsimilar to Hitler’s revision of German Law on the 1930’s…not a role model to be followed.
One common Law for everyone, judge all by the same standard or you invite madness in .

nothing new though is it. when a man and a woman are both charged with a crime and they are equally to blame the bloke always seems to get a longer sentance.

I agree. There are numerous examples of this - especially in recent years.

One notable exception mind - Anne Darwin got three months more than John..! :o
