Sadly although they are pure evil we all know for a fact it's going on in every country all over the World. I honestly think these evil twats don't care and will never stop the gruesome vile acts against women and children no matter what sentence others get. The way forward is to end their evil existence by execution but even that won't stop the living ones continuing to carry out these non human acts. Its just the odd ones caught ...the tip of the iceberg. We know a lot of these monsters are well educated and in positions of power. How do people end up so foooked up in life or are they born that way.
