Holy shit the guy is insane

Apparently it’s a societal issue we are all pissed off !

Next 12 games (please god know) we’ll be back to reflecting the manager !
Fed up of players not tackling …
Bemoaning the bench, sounds like
Those not in first 11 aren’t a ‘stall’ team..

It really is getting to the sabotage stage now if we let this guy continue

I could go on but he doesn’t sound like he expects the sack…let’s hope there is a surprise for him this week !

Totally baffling, Just seems to think if you/we wait long enough it will all change and we will win our way up the league.
Without any proof!! of how.

He said outright the strategy is to win ball high up pitch as squad not equipped to score by playing football
His ideal attacking player is Luke fucking Charman because he runs around a lot, we are going down with this idiot as he’s in the process of freezing out a lot our better players

Slightly better performance. They missed a similar chance to the goal and two quality saves from Brad. Could have been 4-0. We tested their keeper once from 25 yards. 11 or 12 aimless corners. One game to go.

Having a sly dig at the club's best 2 attacking players is piss poor by the manager. His days surely have to be numbered, performances are dreadful, home atmosphere is dead and now criticising players in interviews.

The so called "Darren Sarll type players" can do one along with Darren Sarll, the illeist bellend. No idea why he thought we deserved a goal or two, I can't remember their keeper making any saves of note and Brad Young had to pull of a couple of decent saves to keep it to 1-0.

Well, next week, protest with our feet. Don't turn up to the Vic. Find something else to do. Unless the board does something like sack him.. which in my opinion won't happen, as the people who gave home the contract, won't want to admit they mistake.

So I think he knows this and can do what he wants. :angry-screaming:

What a load of bullshit, said our performance went down after the substitutions, so doesnt look like Mani or Joe will be back in anytime soon. Kept talking about his time coaching in the Premiership, yeah right. The sooner we are shot of this fraud the better.

He was in the premier league for 6 months as academy director (so not first team) then was sacked for bullying…
He says he went on a run with Stevenage after beating Hartlepool and was third in the league. That’s a great achievement Darren, you must’ve finished the league strong and stayed there right?! No finished 10th.

Level, compactness as they had bigger budge etc not coaching the kids

Sarl has initiated a sequence of ‘events’ over which he has very little subsequent control.
His inflated ego is Mother Natures compensation for his mediocrity.

You sound confident Bluestreak - you heard something on the jungle drums, or just wishful thinking like the rest of us? sctatchinghead

Said in his interview that we've not been playing like a Darren Sarrl team- apart from the first half yesterday! Well that would suggest we've had the worst of everything.

No NEW Pools manager in my 40 odd years of following through thin and thinner, has had a 3 month lead into the season, signed what on paper are better players than we shipped out, whilst keeping a 40 goal strike force at the club.

Think he even got a dig in about how much money FGR had paid for their bench players (and how little ol 'Artlepool couldn't compete with that).

NEVER should we ACCEPT not being able to compete with a Dads n Lads outfit like FGR

Darren it pains me to say, that you are woefully out of your depth- PLEASE do the honourable thing for all those concerned about OUR club and tender your resignation with immediate effect.

In what world did we deserve 2 or 3 goals? You deserve goals if you create chances and force defenders into great challenges or keepers into making saves, we did neither. What was it 12 floated corners and not a header on target? Mind I think you have to go back a few years since we scored from a corner (Fev and Fergy delivering most of them).
They were the better side and even from being a goal down we didn't look like scoring. As for being poorer after the subs came on - that's down to your tactics not playing to people's strengths and stifling creativity you f*cking moron!

He's been talking shite so long he has started to believe it himself.

In his eyes he has premier league pedigree from helping throw some cones out for the kids.

Its getting to the stage now where he's contradicting himself and turning on people, but he's so deluded he doesn't remember what he said--from praising Mani D to the hilt for his work ethic, its now a case if him not running and tackling enough etc...

I wont say he's the most dislikable manager I can remember because....Hartley....but there is so little self reflection there, and its only going to get worse.
His remit was to get us in the playoffs, that was all the talk from him and the players before the season started--we look an absolute mile away and his strategy is to double down on the turgid unsuccessful shite he has served up so far.

He's had 3 games against the top 10 so far.....lost the lot without scoring
He's had 4 games against the bottom 5 so far....managed the sum of 5 points and 3 goals

Whether we play the better sides or the shite Sarlly boys tactics can be guaranteed to do fuck all-
