Would it take for Snarlly to get us (fans) back on side, If possible.

For me 4 wins on the bounce, Starting with Rochdale.

Got to start putting the ball in the net (opposition that is) Simple as that!
We also can't keep playing every game like it's Man City Away.

There is just no excuse, given the team/ squad that we now have, as to why we aren't ripping teams apart.

Raj has had his critics in recent seasons about investing in the team- but he's clearly done that, with keeping ManiD, Grey, and the additions of the the likes of Campbell, Charman and Madine.

All of Hartley's deadwood that previous manager's Curle, Askey and KP had to suffer have been axed.

If we lose tomorrow at home- I think he'll be gone. Not something I say lightly - and I'm normally a glass half full man, but this can't continue beyond Saturday if results don't improve, starting with a WIN against Rochdale.

Well like a said earlier. We've fucked up trying to win 2 games in a row which has been mentioned about 3 times already this season.

So the wins in a row scenario is rapidly gone up.
Even missed the 3 wins.

Would be nice to score 4 goals on the trot.
With clean sheets
Only way wishing turns into reality is if Radgy does the right thing n bin this bullshitting muppet/crank.

wins and good performances.

Unfortunately for him the next few games are relatively tough, but no sympathy for him because he fucked up the easy games--if we'd been sitting on 7 or 8 more points then a defeat or two in next few games would have had more understanding--but we have dropped points to Wealdstone, Braintree, Ebbsfleet and failed to win against any of Southend, Halifax, Dagenham or Woking so we are probably 10 points below where we could have reasonably expected to be from the games we have played

Next 3 games are tough, Rochdale, FGR and Sutton.....but after that its back against the poor/mediocre sides in Maidenhead, Altrincham and Aldershot--a decent set of fixtures for a new manager to get some momentum

No such thing as an easy game with this managers shit tactics.
We makeing the worst division 5 look like a tough champions league group.
Obviously the new gaffer will get a bounce with this talented squad even tho the midfield is rapidly overated.
But still enuf there for a top 7 finish.

Simple solution…you win games and play decent, entertaining football.
Football fans are notoriously fickle, one minute they hate you, next minute they want to have your babies….. most football managers are optimistic masochists and that’s why they do a job most of us wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

exactly. some fans were not happy with him befire we lost our first game never mind now. need to put a decent run together now even though we are not a quarter through the season yet before we are really having to play catchup.

I agree completely. DS has brought this situation upon himself and failure to beat Rochdale must be the end of him. Compared to last season, this squad is much better and with an additional left back there should be every chance of a playoff place!

The Mail is advocating starting with MannyD n Madine up front n Charman left wing Grey right wing.

Best formation so far I'd say

If Sarlys messes up again tonight then Raj doesn't sack him because he basically sacks himself.
But this is Pools were a bit of unexpectation happens now n again.
