Assuming Sarll still here..
Law of averages says we have to score once surely---so I'll go for another 1-1, followed by a 2-0 defeat by FGR and Lennie Lawrence or Ronnie Moore in the dugout vs Sutton as the search for another new manager begins.

Nevermind searching for a manager- just give it to Ronnie Moore. Think he's been to most of the games this season, may as well be in the dugout.

He at least knows all the players and the vast majority of the fanbase would be happy. We would at least be more entertaining and he has a couple of promotions under his belt from his time at Rotherham. Just got to hope his eyes haven't turned into Pickled Onions!

Can only see another defeat 0-1, with probably Devante Rodney getting the goal, 2980

Ex players scoring against us seems to be getting to be a habit (2 in the last 2 games must be a habit).
Personally I'd go 3 at the back Onariese, Sass Davies, Parkes,
Dodds and the lad from Charlton wide mid, Sheron, Fev,
Grey, Charman, and Mani up top with Grey playing close to Mani rather than out wide.
Madine on for Charman and play more direct if we need a change.
Not many teams come to the Vic and play 2 or 3 attacking players so we don't need 7 defensive players on the pitch.

for the long term future of the club a gateshead 7-1 defeat with less fans watching the better could be the way forward. a surprise victory might be just papering over the cracks. its the NL and any results are not shocks.

No disrespect.
But Snarll has us clutching at the Law of Averages now.
Time to go.

I wouldn't put Waterfall in my back 3 I'd play Onariese because he's a bit quicker. Waterfall hasn't been good and wouldn't be displacing Sass Davies for me either.

I would think twice about starting him too, But he is Snarlls chosen captain.

Parkes on the left of a back 3 for me. If we stick with 4 at the back then it's got to be the lad from Charlton, he's played wing back for them.

3,098 in attendance with 198 away. That a lot less money in the kitty for the club. Poor crowd equals, less money to pay for Water, Electricity, Gas and all staff. Pack your bags refred , as you have Lost the support of the fans, as they aren't investing into the club with tickets, food and beers. bbolt

Pools 0, Rochdale >1 - I can’t be arsed to guess. It will highly likely be another tedious 90 minutes watching this godawful, disjointed Pools side struggle against a well organised, professional NL outfit with a management team and set of players who will know precisely what their goal is - and how to achieve it. I will be there but I don’t blame any Pools fans for voting with their feet and staying away in the face of the club’s owners seeming disinterest in the club’s latest slump.

or a good win for something we can build on although thats hard to see it happening. when you hit rock bottom everything is against you where if we were flying high the last two goals conceeded would not have happened and our deflections would have been deflected in rather than going out for corners.

It's Pools, so gotta be the 3rd 1-0 defeat in a row with an ex-poolie goal scorer
0-1 D Rodney to score

Sweet baby Jesus and the tiny orphans. What a shower of shit! He's (DS) messed up the back line to allow Waterfall back in and they're basically running around like headless chickens (their goal was mortifyingly bad defending). The midfield and CF's have strung some pretty stuff together - but it's going nowhere. I've never seen a team with so many players with their back to the ball when we have a throw in (because they don't want it). On the bright side I don't mind Fergie so much right now after watching Charman tripping over his own legs.

What is it with pools’ managers do they hear a noise from a locked cupboard somewhere in the depths of the Vic, prise it open and find reams and reams of Martin Scott’s friggin tactics, hidden until set free like some Jumanji style board game.

Paul Hartley too.

What up sets me is the lack of goals and appetite to try.

I got it totally wrong about Sarll ( and deserve all the crap coming my way 100% please everyone and anybody fire away ) thats for sure. Possibly / probably wrong again here but I still think the squad is good enough to get in the playoffs depending on who takes over. Raj must have known tonight was D.S. last chance so surely he had a manager in the stands watching this game and ready to take over in the morning. sctatchinghead One of my mates sat in the Cooper stand was talking to Ben Clarke and asked about if he would fancy the job and he said this squad should be top 3 no excuses. He was well impressed with what he had to say. Interestingly Ben apparently said Campbell should be the first player on the sheet if a manager fully understands what the lad can offer a attacking team. My mate was so impressed he changed his wish from Pete Wild to Ben Clarke. sctatchinghead I know Ben did a great job at Heed before Williamson and I think qualified for the playoffs.? So it got me thinking was it Ben who was the first to start Heed playing proper football from the back or was it Williams. sctatchinghead
