Think youngsters do best when gradually brought in and not forced to play out of necessity
I still have nightmare of skedd, Ingram and Lynch being touted as proof of a great youth system….and before that barass(who had a decent career but wasn’t ready when playing for us ) Moverley and Plaskett !

Charman spent a lot of time injured for us but he’s a quality player. His bad back is just due to preseason training.
