Scary footage from election rally where bullet goes through his right ear and kills man behind avoiding his head by millimetres.
Rooftop attempt, assassin killed, withholding identity of gunman.

Amazing how the his security surrounded him and were prepared to take a bullet for him, I wonder if his views on the gun laws will change I doubt it. Still fist pumping while being hurried into a car, I think the incident will only have increased his popularity.

Just listen to radio 5 live report.
With the witness who was adamant that the shooter was crawling about the roof 3..4 minutes and told police he was there, this was before shots were fired.

Without getting hysterical about this, there's been a serious failure in his security.

especially from those who support a bloke who was nearly assasenated. mind you we have our problems with knife attacks they do not have so we cannot get too smug about their opinions.

they have history for this as there has ben four sitting presidents assasinated an attempt on another and a couple more attempts on candidates for the job. sounds more like some banana republic than the most influential country in the west.

The Slovakian Leader was subject to an assassination attempt recently.
I suspect anybody fuelled up to attempt a political assassination will obtain a weapon regardless of any gun laws.

only one PM assasinated here, one attempted one but a few MP,s over the years have been murdered. is it luck, good security or our more laid back attitude that there hasn,t been more. with more hot heads imported to this country its a job i certainly would not want to have.

I don’t find it funny or comprehend the behaviour of those you refer to, they reveal a childish ignorance beyond adult comprehension.
If someone were to have assassinated Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot or Mao who were responsible for millions of deaths I’d see the point…but in domestic politics it reveals one sick mind.
Let the ballot box be the judge, not cranks.

Whilst Trump denies any responsibility for The White House riot where one person died it was his supporters who didn’t agree with the decision at the ballot box who were involved.

Some of those so called supporters were members of ANTIFA…hardly trump followers..that aside, is every politician responsible for the actions of those who vote for them….but what has this got to do with the assassination attempt…..?
Whataboutery on you part Jamie…?

Whataboutery ….It’s about responding to an accusation with a counter accusation instead of actually answering the original accusation.
Usually starts with……,’but what about…’

Seriously though, it all sounds a bit iffy.they soon targeted him when the shot went off, but not before …..despite his presence being reported by plenty of people, now if I was a cynic…Ooops, I am . Work it out..

Biden made me shake my head.

“This sort of thing is unprecedented in America”

Really? Apart from four dead presidents and a near miss, did you ever hear of a bloke called Kennedy Joe?

Apparently the security team were advised of the presence of the gunman 20 minutes before Trump was shot at. And yet they still allowed Trump to take the stage - and failed to eliminate the shooter until he had done the damage. This entire episode stinks of a conspiracy but the Republicans appear to be playing it down.

Trump is supposed to be dead now. Biden was having something of a revival before the shooting - probably had a course of Doc McCoy's hypo shots - and the Democrats had backed off hounding him to stand down as their candidate. Since the failed assignation attempt the Democrat voices calling for Bidens head have become louder and louder. I certainly ain't no Trump fan but something seriously amiss seems to have taken place within the World's greatest democracy (sic).

possibly thought it was all fiction made by his mates in hollywood. Might have thought walter huston was the president and abraham lincoln just played the part.
