This is looking like a very positive season ahead. I have been totally down hearted until the past week when it now appears we are slowly building a proper team. A team I feel will be in and around the mix if we bring in a quality keeper and a couple of more good signings. Things are slowly looking up UTP

Yep, me too, was waiting til Friday but had a spare half an hour today so popped in and got it, only took two minutes, I thought there'd be more sales this week anyway but I reckon the Campbell signing might sway a few more now.

Can we bookmark this thread for about mid January? It will be either 'I love it when a plan comes together' OR 'I fell for it AGAIN!!'

Ha ha I get where you're coming from there but to be honest, in my case, I just get one anyway, much more convenient, can't be arsed having to go down and get tickets or getting them online for every game, it's bad enough having to do do for away games and the odd cup match, does my head in.

Renewed the season ticket online. Took about 2 minutes. Pools have got a better online ticketing system than Durham County Cricket, that's for sure.

I think we are going to see a lot more re-new in next few days particularly if we sign a decent keeper and another one or two sound players.

could be correct there. Pools fans do not expect miracles and six figure fees on players but just a good sign of positive intent being shown from the club.

Most pools fans arent daft it only takes one or two half decent signings. No one expects the earth but if they act like a proper football club then fans will back them in their droves.

I still think we are a long way short, a few are getting a little carried away. Forward line looks like it could cause anyone problems. Keeper still needs addressing midfield still looks a bit weak and probobly need one decent defender. Im more optimistic this week than before it put it that way. I still think i will be paying on the door though.

Cautious optimism.
A fair few were hanging out of the jocks this time 2 summers ago.
You don't win the league in July.

Tried to renew mine online, says my email address isn't recognised, been using the same email for years for all ticketing without problems. Can't do it over phone as it blocks like the ticket office must be shut, bit strange with Early Bird deadline day being today and many will have been paid yesterday.

Looks like it's still a mystery for Vera to find out how many STs have been sold.
I'd guess 1379!

Looks like pay on the day for the majority.
Financially brilliant for the club If we hit the ground running n stay up the top end.
Not so good if we struggling n cold weather n Xmas not to faraway.
Non injurys n Good Luck Gunna come into play IMO.
UTP.

if we have a good season and that happens by the end of the season the club would have made more money out of us all especially those who pay on the day and see every league game.

It’s only the Early Bird tickets that have stopped. You can still purchase STs and save money over the season and have your regular seat.

depending on how the season will pan out i wonder if the club will bring in a half season ticket later on if we are doing well .after 2 seasons of of shame i,d guess gates would really rise if we can watch something thats actually worth the time, effort and money.

The early bird ST's are still available today till midnight - the club have posted to that effect on X.

It seems odd though that Pools have made very little effort to push the early bird season ticket offer compared with past seasons. Maybe it's a sign of the times - not so much queing outside the ticket office now that a lot of people buy online? Or maybe they're just not selling enough to make a fuss?

I agree it does seem very odd the way it's been done this year sctatchinghead I honestly don't have a clue as to why the club would do this it makes absolutely no sense at all. As you know we always get the supporter who purchases the 1000th ticket put on twitter and the club Website but nothing. I am sure we must have passed 1000 easily by now so it's very strange indeed.
