Today is the 3rd anniversary of the death of Paul Mullen!

For those who saw Saturday's programme you may have read the interesting artcle regarding Chris Turner talking Chris Rea where Paul was given a mention.

I'm sure PM will be looking down upon the lads in action this evening at Saltergate!

Still sadly missed but certainly not forgotten

I'll be thinking of him tonight - as you quite rightly say, sadly missed but long remembered.

Agreed - Atrue Poolie legend. I'll never forget when the ITN football team was going and he pulled out a full set of genuine pools strips for us to wear. I got stevo's!! Happy Days!

Paul epitomised the enthusiastic supporter, always willing to go that one step further each time to help the club he loved. From fanzine editor and all the hassle that went with it, to photographer, to public liaison officer for the club (sadly his shoes have never been filled since to the same degree). It was a tribute to him that anybody wishing to know anything about the happenings at HUFC, would address a note to him on the public message boards - as he was both a club employee but also someone all the fans trusted.
One of life's nice guys, very sadly missed.
RIP

3 years ago. That is frightening! How quick that time has passed!
