First time i watched one of his full games last nite to see what all the fuss is about.
Absolutely Outstanding performance from this 16 year old kid beating Barney 4 1 who also played well averaging just under 100.
And gave an excellent after match interview. Very honest and modest. Maturity beyond his years.
Genuinely love to see him go all the way and lift the Trophy.

My political prediction for March Budget.
Tax threshold raised to 15k.
To give the working man/woman a massive £40 a month income. Better than jackshit.

As long as the tax goes down I’m happy.

There's a video of him hitting a 9 darter as a 14 year old, he doesn't even score any 180s either

The minimum wage goin up by £1.04 an hour has created a huge amount of xtra tax for the government. Roughly £500 per person per year who are on the NMW. Guessing thats about 4 million workers in pubs shops factorys etc.
Deffo a bit of wiggle room in the budget
But clawed back thru rising
Council tax
Broadband
Phone
Rising food n pint prices.
Giveth n Taketh for sure.

To the Dad’s Army theme…

Who do you think you are kidding Lukey Littler,
I can’t believe you’re just sixteen,
Darts is a game that can age you we all know
You’ve went out and proved it by looking thirty four.
So have some time off from your long held dart board big dream
And back to being sweet sixteen.

Not disagreeing, but if it didn’t go up we’d be even more worse off…..don’t know how some people cope, I’m just glad I took the plunge and started paying into pension schemes even though it buckled me at times…God knows how anyone survives on the state pension, especially a single person.
Awful lot of haves and have nots in the General population, the cars on the road reflect it.

I could have been playing in the darts world championship, the only thing that stopped me was that I was no good. The old man was decent though, he once beat John Lowe playing for Durham against Derbyshire.

Wonder what the odds were at the beginning of the competition of him winning it, maybe a few bets placed on him by others ?

the good thing about him is that many have revived their interest in the sport just because of him. it certainly needed it as it seemed to be slowly dying.

Plus the BBC are ramming it down our throats at every opportunity.

The newsroom is full of them, as is the journalist leading that particular news bulletin. Jane whatsherface.

The lad can really chuck an arrow. Early days but he is young enough to threaten some of Phil Taylor’s records.

Jamie, bits and pieces offered at 200/1 at the start on Betfair. Prob 100/1 with the likes of Hills on the high street. Incredible emerging talent.

If he is 16 he must have been born on 29th February!

Again if he is 16, I must be 40.

not too sure about that. team games are a lot different to things like darts and tennis where you are on your own. doubt they get shit from the crowds if they make a mistake like footballers always get.
