"Sarll walked out in November, no idea why though.

I thought he'd be back in football by now. Having said that if you want someone to shithouse 1-0 away wins then he's your man. It wont be pretty though. He's incredibly spiky, doesnt like interviews and will stop your players doing them too. The pressure at Hartlepool will be much increased from his Woking experience, we were just happy to be in the play offs for the first time ever.

If he's learned his lessons and doesnt sign 30+ cripples on £2000 a week then I think he'll be a success. He's not really interested in developing youngsters though. He'll get Hartlepool into the play offs I would say”

"He also loves FULL CONTACT TRAINING

Your injured players wont enjoy that”

The begining is interesting saying “He walked out”

This sort of thing is bollocks…at least he got them into the playoffs as they stated, you can always find opposing views on any manager.
Take as you find or have a whinge fest, but nothing’s gonna alter…we’re all strapped into the Poolie airliner and all we can do is pray we land safely
..screaming ain’t gonna change anything.

If he gets us into the play offs he will of done a miraculous job. Yes we dont like bad opinions of players or managers here before we get started, we like to bring them up ourselves.

It is clear that some people praise his attributes whilst others highlight his mistakes.
My position so far is I hope he has retained his attributes and learned from his mistakes.
We can start from there.

I just found it odd that the Woking fan in question slags the bloke off then casually says they got into the playoffs…..we know nowt’s guaranteed in that sense but just seemed stupid thing to say.

Rumours of bullyibg signs a lot of crocks was whats not gone down well, but he got them to the play offs so was doing something right.Mind you if he was gettingnplayers for 2k a week he has joined the wrong club , wont be happening here.Working here though will be one whole new experience, lets be honest massive pressure to do well from the off, while working at a basket case of a club.

wonder who his backroom will be ?

Is he invested in the analysis bloke that KP only recently brought in or are we looking at a full new setup with Sweens also out the door as rumoured ?
