When we have a manager who wants to take the club forward he get the push first Lee now Phillips.
Then we replace them with a manager who will not question Raj or the tiny budget on offer.
When it all goes wrong yet again Raj can always say it wasn’t me maybe should change his name to shaggy

Comments like i want to close the gap to the play offs will hardly be a season ticket seller, surely play offs should be a minimum really. Mind you a more apt statement would of been id love to still be here in november.

KP was contracted until the end of the season and that contract was not renewed, so he wasn't pushed. That is all we know. Maybe we will find out the absolute facts eventually and maybe we won't. Maybe he was offered a new contract and maybe he wasn't. Maybe he was offered a new contract and turned it down. Until we know for definite let's not make it up.

will we find out the whole truth though or the truth they want to tell us. might not even here their truth as we as fans do not matter until the numbers drop really badly and then they,ll plead for our return or moan because of the lack of them.

Maybe Sarll could not take pools job in January (Woking Compo), And KP was just a stop gap till the season end.

Seems that way now.
But KP was adamant that he was in full control of the Retained List after we were mathematically safe.
But it's just normal now to expect the unexpected at Pools nowadays.

know you can put anything in contracts or compo agreements but surely they have to be legal. for me once you stop being employed by somebody then surely thats it and its up to you where and when you continue with your trade. know being made redundant is different but there is no timeline on that to when you can seek employment again. the only good thing to come out of all this is phillips being out of contract and not dismissed and the club wasting money it could be used for better.

Imagine if we had a fan rep on the board, to help communication. Daft idea I know…

Oh I don't know, I think it's a brilliant idea. Who do you have in mind.
I must warn you though that any recommendation might have to have the approval of the owner. You know what owners are like, they like to have their say.
On the remote possibility that you might suggest I do it, I would respectfully decline.

We don't have a fan rep as such we have a guy who is supposed to improve supporter engagement. His remit is partly to provide a formal platform for supporter groups to communicate with the club and improve the matchday experience so he'll be liaising with the likes of Hart of Our Club, HUST, etc can't see him engaging formally with us riff raff on the bunker.

anybody of the type we would want would be at the back of the list unless they are conning us with their present comments on things. like the gobby bloke who gets onto the union where a few years down the line joins management in another capacity.

The type we would like wouldn't last five minutes if they ever got past the door.
A fan on the Board is a part of that Board and Boards generally like it's members to sing from the same hymn sheet to portray unity. Toeing the line on any decision made is normally a requisite.
That is why I wouldn't consider the position. Then you have the situation where a person takes on the role and realises that not toeing the line is not very profitable and, at that point, principles go out of the window like sharpish. The poacher turned gamekeeper scenario.

Maybe he could started at pools in January, IF pools had paid up the Compo.

He was sacked. Woking didn't want him - end of.

Is that why Askey hasn't worled since he got the bullet here - because people are afraid they'll owe Raj money?
