Who knows what else has been going on with it under the surface?
Smells. :shifty:

You mean when they were taken over by criminals in the Coxall mould? They're a very different club now with owners who actually care (can you imagine that?). Saying they have a habit of breaching rules is like saying we reflect the club we were at the end of Duxbury and Blackledges time, when we didn't pay bus companies and dry cleaners etc.

Obviously the club are under new owners.
So tell me about "Wor Clubs" new owners Mr Krampesh.
Owners who "actually care" you say.
Do you know them personally?
The ones that have been keeping stum about the ground lease for the past 18 months?
Can you vouch for them as being honest and above board and so caring Mr Krampesh?
Or are you just talking off the top of your head?
Please note I said the CLUB has a habit of breaching rules.

It’s irrelevant as they’ll be playing where exactly?
Surely it’s just a hollow shell now, like I said elsewhere else the retained list will just feature the goal nets now. G

Sorry to disappoint but believe me I knew full well the Echo article was from 2019 Mr Snowy.
Not sure about you mind.
Hard not to know that would it not reading it?
That's the problem reading just the headlines?
No anyhow but my point was this CLUB has breached rules yet again and appears to be making a habit of it it seems.
"Wor Club" got booted out the league last time round in 2019.
This time its got booted out of the play offs.
Go back to 1977 and it folded and was disbanded. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gateshead_F.C.
Maybe it attracts the wrong types for whatever reason.
Plenty of clubs do.
Where's its income coming from?
The main man Trevor Clark runs a local transport firm doesn't he?
The other character Pinkerton is in the navy.
They get 1200 through the gate.
Lets see how it all pans out.
Maybe it will all become clearer soon eh?

No I don't know them personally, but they are all Gateshead fans so you'd be able to assume they care. Can you say our owner does, even when he's threatened to leave the club if he doesn't get his way?
The Ground lease stuff was only concluded end of March after which they appealed again, why would you tell anybody you couldn't get promoted before the appeal was heard?
So are you comfortable with Hartlepool United being classed as a club who has a habit of breaking rules? Because we've done it in the past so surely we have a habit too?

They have a track record which shows they care and are fans of the club they own. Simple enough no?
There's never any point in engaging with you. Your opinion is your fact and any other opinion that disagrees is BS, even when your points are proven false you'll ignore it...

When did Pools last break the rules Mr Krampesh?
What were the rules?
Have we ever been booted out of any league in 100 years of our history?
Have we ever been demoted or refused promotion for rule breaking cheating and such like?
So tell us more.
You are suggesting our chairman has broken rules?
"Can you say our owner does, even when he's threatened to leave the club if he doesn't get his way?"
You what??...again tell us more please.
TBH I think you are talking off the top of your head yet again to put it mildly Mr Krampesh.
Sorry but that's my opinion.
And you dont like being accused of talking B/S?
Well, then don't make things up bonny lad.
Dont make out you know something when you know sweet F.A.
Simple...just don't make things up.
P.S..now tell us all about Alty and what you spouted off about earlier today.

I haven't made anything up 'Bonny Lad'.
2017 or 2018? When we stopped paying players on time under Coxall, when Duxbury and Blackledge stopped paying anyone we owed money to including the coach company we used as well as a launderette?
You are once again putting words into my mouth that have never been said.

Not paying for the laundry and coach is not breaking the EFL or National League rules
As BTW is being behind with any tax payments as long as we cough up
These matters are not within the "rules".
What league sanctions were imposed on us for the laundry/coach debacle BTW??
Now tell us about Alty Mr Krampesh. yawn1

I was annoyed.
I therefore admitted I made a mistake.

But I’ll remember that.

Tax payments is breaking the rules unless you tell the league on the day its meant to be paid, even then you can still be sanctioned for enough late payments.
You're right they're not against any league rules, I was using them as an example of things we have done which are wrong under previous ownership and how it's not fair to say a 'club' has a habit when it's happened under a different ownership who were crooks.
Also paying players late is against the rules...

It seems to be catching.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c51n2eryj8lo

However, Buckie claim they asked for a period of grace for four items on 23 April and "we were granted derogations for three items - floodlights, safety officer and diversity and inclusion".
