Joe and ManiD are forming a great relationship now. Both have had a record scoring season. Can't wait to see these two next season they going to scare the hell out of teams at this level. It's easy to see the benefits of them being close friends off the field  Today I think it's time for that first ever ManiD hattrick in professional football. clappp

He's certainly getting enough game time for KP to assess him. Technically he looks OK and has a bit of pace, he's also versatile positionally so could be useful as a squad player.

Never rated either of our current keepers and said so. But I have to say Jamo starting to change my opinion of him. Infact I wouldn't be upset if he stayed now. Goes to show we can get it wrong as supporters, its important we admit it when we do and stay open minded. None of us are always right and most of us get it wrong at times.

Good end of the season day out for the Blues Brothers and a top half finish for Pools. The only disappointment is Boredom Wood couldn't win at home and relegate York .

Not 100% sure but even if wood had won say 1-0 Ebbsfleet would have been relegated sctatchinghead

Well thank foook the season is over. Typical end of the season nothing to play for game. Attack wise looked really good and scored 3 very good goals. Defence wise back to the Askey days. Well I am spending the close season in the " Mental institution hospital for football supporters " along with two other mentality ill Hartlepool United supporters. One is a bloke called Snowy and the over is a bloke called Kev. I don't want to be the one to tell them but it's highly unlikely these two will ever get out. And I thought I had problems

Just to let you know Leggie, you have to pre-book for the electric shock treatment (I know how much you love it despite your boxer shorts combusting) and the brain probe is restricted to once a day.
Designer Straight jackets are optional and a leading sports designer studio in West View ( Raggy Lads Design) are offering them free to those ‘customers’ who are classified as being above the ‘Away with the Fairy’s’ category. So we qualify.
The new colonic irrigation suite is open and has a ‘Sludge Gulper Mk 3’ on trial from the ‘ Darlow Lawn mower and Dangerous Toy Company’.
Season ticket therapy is being tried out and a bloke swings a watch on a chain in front of your face, you fall asleep, when you wake up you’ve bought a five year season ticket mortgaged on your house.
Most of the former inmates are still there, most of them in specimen jars admittedly but hey ho.
They’re showing a season of Walt Disney films there….. Scampi’s first………Ah….sorry it’s the seasons menu
Well, checking in Monday.

Oi, You! Snowy, Leggie and Kev

The Walt Disney Films thing is a red herring.
My sauce has told me it's a constant loop of Pools highlights from the last two seasons titled, 'A Hundred Great Throw Ins!' bbolt

actually just could not be arsed to watch it and refused to join my lad in his celebrations at stockport. just glad the season is over and need a few months away from it to renew by actual interest in the game which is really waining. just hope and prey we can have a side next season to excite us and looks to be going somewhere and not downwards.

Thoroughly enjoyed my day out in deepest Surrey. Forgot it was fancy dress - stood out like a sore thumb in a lovely lime green Prada number amongst a sea of Blues Brothers. You lot really are some of the best supporters in the country. (You also seem to have a lot of blonde lasses following you - unusually disproportionate number, although no complaints from me).

As for the game, really entertaining. If he’s prepared to move up north, their #7 is well worth a look. ManiD and Joe Grey look very, very good together.

Tin hat time. Nicky Featherstone has looked the most composed ‘Pools player every time I watch him (which is 1-2 times a season, every season he has played, bar COVID). I reckon he will be better appreciated going forwards than he has been.

Wishing you all a great summer and see you at some point next season.

I’m aroused at the prospect…I should be able to gnaw through the straps on my straight jacket before the first December highlights.

Enjoyed watching that. That kid did well .It's refreshing that he supports his local team instead of one of the London Clubs.

Cheers Mr Barry.

The lad Muitt who danced through our defence a couple of times and scored two looked a good player, may be worth an enquiry.

Or the shipping forecast, …gales in Cromarty, Forth, Tyne and Dogger…etc …if things don’t work out as planned.
