Yep, another game trundling down the track already. Will Pools be 'already on the beach' tonight or ready to battle for that 60+ points finish KP wants?
I'll go for 1-1 (Joe Grey).

Grey scores then we try to defend the lead and end up conceding an equalizer in the last few seconds. I agree with the 1-1.

2-1 to us, a voice came to me in the night, turned out it was the wife telling me to let the dogs out at 10 to one.

1-1 seems a fair result but they must not sit back and invite the opposition to attack Use the wings and someone in along side Manni he can not do it all himself against 2 or even 3 defenders. Why not give Alfie Steel his full debut and lets see what he can do, if these youngsters are good enough then they are old enough. Chay Cooper has done nothing since he came and should be sent back to Colchester

All very well us making predictions but we dont know what the latest injuries are? Must be at least one from Saturday's starting 11 who wont be fit enough to play.

they will spend more time in our last third of the pitch than we will do in theirs. they,ll have two big fit lads in midfield running the show and manny d will have to live on a couple of scraps again. lets bore the buggers to death, come back with a clean sheet to make KP happy again.

I was greatly cheered up by my visit to Pools on Saturday (along with a pre-match visit to the Camerons brewery tap). As Maidenhead is on my way home from work.. I'll now make the effort. Maidenhead have had a good upturn in form recently, only missing out on a win due to a late equaliser by Kabambe / Barnet on Saturday. I'll go for a 1-1

I am listening to it on the radio with Man City or Arsenal on the TV. Blunderland are also on the TV v Leeds.

must admit some of my most cheery visits to the vic where the ones me and my cousin had too much of camerons before the game. it certainly helps.

Cant see anything but a heavy defeat, Maidenhead had some good results lately and scored a lot of goals. Theyre still fighting to avoid relegation so will be up for the game, unlike us.

WHY is Cooper playing instead of Agyemang I would have rather seen one of our young uns than him he has not not done anything since he came and can not see him lasting the 90 minutes. Please do not assist in any Maidenhead goals as he did against Rochdale

best chance is boring the buggers to death, or will cooper man be a secret weapon of mass destruction.

1-0 to them. Seems to be one way traffic. Slightly concerned we could have another Gateshead night.

Turgid shite with the usual vacuum in midfield.

Looking around that ground shows how far we have sunk being beaten by a Sunday league pub team basically

We’re very lucky to be only 1-0 down. Stephenson is being out muscled at right back. I think Feaths has gone to the pub (because I can find him)and Cooper, Cooke and Crawford couldn’t create a fart after a jalfrezi. Our best bet in the second half is a bit of magic from Grey or that Manni gets on the end of a speculative cross.

there will be sunday league teams embarressed by having their name painted like they have done on that enclosure to the right.

its hard to see us getting a goal back with a sweaping move at pace. forget what that looks like. might as well go for it now KP has lost his beloved clean sheet.

Cooke gets his fair share of criticism and rightly so but there are times when he does things on a footy pitch, others just cant.

Yep let’s sign him up next year so he can do something good once every 8 games or so before getting walked past the rest of the time
He’ll be NLN next year giving it the biggun when he scores past Farsley Celtic

None of the midfielders are worth keeping to be fair, great set up play by the man who never gives the ball away for their 3rd by the way.

More evidence that the out of contract shite must vacate the building.
Budget probably mean pay cuts to stay like.
That's realism for yas.

KP has a job on his hands next season. We are just far too pedestrian. Agree we need a new midfield for starters. Just not good enough most of this squad!

Wonder if Phillips gets his toungue out of Rajs arse long enough to talk shite in his post match interview?

man for man they had more energy and will to get the ball and be positive with it. bad job when part timers look stronger in the end than a full time side does. midfield, it just does not exist.

‘KP’ should be scattered for next season, am already dreading the self serving shite he comes up with after this game

I take 100% responsibility but….

I'd say about 99% of losing managers talk a load of shite so why would Philips be any different.

Should've started some of the kids to see what they can do. Surely he'll give more of them a game on Saturday.

Why should KP be scattered? His record with someone else's dross is not too bad. Let's see who he gets shot of and who he can bring in then give him time to show what he can do with his own squad. Absolute madness to talk about sacking him, and anyway who would come in - Pep?

Dagenham is probably our last chance to pick up any points. Dorking away with them desperate for survival will see Pools throw in the towel.

Because there is nothing to suggest he has a coherent plan to improve things , and his signings selections and the team’s performances don’t suggest he will next season imo
