You’re going to be banned from driving it along Seaton Front from Station Lane to along past the Cricket club.
What if it weighs 17.9 tons, how will they know sctatchinghead

You should have used Google Snowy, the answer is on there,
All HGVs must be fitted with a weight plate which will state the weight of the vehicle (axle weight) itself and the maximum permitted weight (loading or gross weight) that the vehicle can carry. This has the effect of limiting the roads that a vehicle can use

surely they are allowed to use the road on occasions if there is not another alternative one to use. remember those pickfords ones years ago travelling at just above walking pace.

How are they going to "police" it. I googled the question and all I got was "with policemen". :laugh:
Smells like more money out of the council tax pot.
Won't bother me like cos I don't contribute to the "Tsars of Hartlepool" pot.
Just like to keep up with the Old Home Town.

My point exactly.. it’s hardly got dozens of them tearing through.
Is it gonna be a case of never policing it and hope they observe the signage…..?

Same way as speeding, set cameras up now and again, I assume they will instal warning signs ?
