Now that we're safe and will be playing in the National League next season, will the players be day dreaming about being on the beach on their summer hollies or keep pushing on for more points.

I hope the latter.

If they come out for the warm up with beach towels, sunglasses and sun tan lotion draw you’re own conclusions.

I think we'll see some good performances as most of the squad will have figured out that they're playing for a place in the team next season in our last few games. This wasn't the case last season (where they were very inconsistent for the last 5 games and got relegated) - or the season before where they were safe and just didn't seem to give a flying toss during the run in.

I'd say most of the squad won't be here regardless of how the last few games go.
Out of Saturday's starting 11 I'd say we'll probably have the back 4, Grey and Mani D with possibly Crawford still here.
I'm hoping we get to see what some of the kids can do rather than see the same old same old.

Not sure we are 100% safe at the moment.

We have 2 games and if we lose both we stay on 56 points.

York have 2 games as well and if they win both will be on 56 points with most likely a better goal difference.

Boreham Wood have 3 games left and if they win all 3 will be on 56 points, again with a better goal difference.

Just need that 1 point to be 100% safe.

By the way none of the 3 teams are playing against the same teams.

No but Woking are playing York and both need max points from their last fixtures to get above us.

That is exactly right. We can't be caught by the current bottom three and one of York or Woking or even both if their game against each other ends in a draw.
So we are 100% safe as it stands. We would have to be deducted points to make us vulnerable now.

We actually have three games to play: Maidenhead, Dagenham, Dorking Wanderers

Foam party in Ibiza or a caravan weekend in Filey..it's up to them at the end of the 90 minutes.

The fleshpots of Filey are calling…in the wife swap party’s there they throw their false teeth onto the table.

That brings back a memory from the late 80s. My mate lived opposite Preston Park in Eaglescliffe on the brand new estate ( at the time ) just past Jennings. In the first street of the right hand side lived three Boro players and partners. When Boro played at home on Saturdays 8 couples had huge parties that ended up with each putting a house key in a cloth money bag ( like the balls in fa cup draw ) and each man would throw 3 dices the highest number and so on getting to draw the key. Whichever key you got you kept unless it was your own or a house you had already been to.
Then they would swap partners at 1am and get home on Sunday morning. I am not going to put names up here but my friend was and still is a very close friend of one of them. All three Boro players lived in that street for around 18 months until the Police raided the party after a tip off from concerned neighbours who had video recorded these couples going to various houses at 1am. Everyone denied it to the police but the players were forced to sell up and move out by Bruce Rioch ( all to different locations ). One player got divorced a couple of years later ( despite having children) one broke off his engagement, the third player stayed with his wife. This is a story told to me by a very honest friend. Don't shoot the messenger.
