Serious question, have you ever played football yourself?

Just an honest question

LOL, I presume this is down to the fact that I said Ritchie is not good enough *Sigh*

I play footy every week as it goes.

Get back to your Richie worshipping instead of posting pointless threads! refyellow

I'll tell you what Grave With Hamster, i'll stop 'posting pointless threads' if you'll stop it with the whole escape goat thing, which quite frankly is about as funny as a funeral.

All i did was asked if you played footy, maybe get a bit of craic going about the whole Humphreys thing, and you respond with that 'get back to your richie worshipping' or some such nonsense.

You were a cock on Rivals, and your acting like a cock on here aswell.

LOL, its you who started a thread aimed at me so its hardly me with the attitude is it! I have no problem with you and I certainly never feel the need to create a post purely with the intent of having a go at a fellow supporter purely on the grounds of having different opinions.

I criticised Ritchie, is that so unacceptable? You then feel the need to create a new thread asking if I play football, ie hinting that I know nothing about the sport!

My post re getting back to your richie worshipping was pure sarcasm, I dont know if you are a fan of his or not. For all I know you may think he is gubbins too.

As for the Escape Goat thing, I will stop doing them if people are sick of them. They take me ages to do to be honest hence the reason why I havent done many in a while.

One of the best things about this board is that it tends to be constructive unlike rivals which resorts to name-calling all the time. I dont see why people get slagged off for criticising players. I think we have a great squad and I have nothing but praise for 90% of the players. It seems wrong that people get called a cock or a wanker for having a different opinion.

If you want to use the board to slag me off then fine, but for me, life is too short. Im not going to get drawn into name-calling. The board should be a happy place right now!

What is it with people on here now? One makes an honest evaluation of a player and everybody suddenly wants to kick ten bells out of you. I'm a wanker for not agreeing with the clique apparently.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa, sweet child o' mine. There will be no clique on here. Also it's time for the silliness to stop.

Some people are a little more sensitive than others, remember where you are, remember what you're doing and remember how to be polite. It's not an argument, it's a debate. There is no winner in a debate, it is just an exchange of views. Good wine tastes different to everyone.

There are those who would watch the place, nay, engineer the place to, become reminiscent of other facilities and then say 'fookin' told yer....' because that's their mentality.

If you fall for it, you are as one with them.

Dignity at all times Poolies. We're better than that.

Whoa whoa whoa.

I implied nothing of a past clique. I don't get involved in any of that bollocks. Nor do I imply that the "clique" is the moderation team. Granted, saying "wanker" and it not getting deleted given it's "blatant slander" as it seems to be put is a bit lax, but otherwise they do a good job. I think, anyway. I don't live on here enough to know.

I was more referring to what seemed to be a gaggle of co-ordinated posters who saw fit to completely tread on anyone who suggested anything about Humpty being anything but STELLAR in his performance against Oldham. It's ridiculous to think you can't have an honest point of view if it doesn't agree with anyone else - left a bitter taste in my mouth after the shit I got for saying what I did
