Play like we did in the second half last time out and we will suffer, so which Pools will turn up?
Can we keep a clean sheet?

Over to you lot.

Have we heard anything more on the Injury front ? I think Mancini would benefit us being back in the side, even if its just for 65 minutes or so.
BW are a better side than Woking and will punish us much sooner if we let them. Given there is a home advantage which id imagine will be a heavy crowd given we are on a 'run' ! Im going for another nail biting draw ! Just hope that Kahn and Mancini are back. Senior decides to get involved if he does play and we see a blinder again from Mani D !

for me its not just about footballing ability and we would be much higher up the league if it was. its physical and mental strength thats been the teams problem in the past. it will be the first time i have seen the new players to see for myself if they have made some difference in that.

you would think having a week off is a positive on the injury front and the boreham lot having a game at oldham tuesday night and lost to a home sides comeback.

Would not be surprised if Dickenson starts, Senior may get bullied off his game.

Heart says home win.
Head says a continuation of this decade of home sickness.
Would be a monumental achievement to have 6 more points come 10pm on Tuesday.
Maybe a scycological event of turning the corner to retrieving the Fortress Vic. sctatchinghead
Fcuk knows.
Maybe our over support equates to no ambition from the top.
What happened to this new signing?

If the team who beat Bromley turn up, we will win 3-0

If the team in the second half of Woking turn up we will draw 2-2.

Spot on! We compete playing football but teams of lesser ability prepared to work hard physically and put themselves about a bit make life difficult for us which is why we have such poor results against struggling teams.

Borehamwood will put it about, 1 or 2 of ours were bullied off the ball/game on saturday imo.

Altys record speaks for it self.
w d l f a gd pts
14 10 6 57 38 19 52

Hoping for more, But think 4 pts will be a good return.

4 pts from 2 is always a decent return.
Just maybe next season for 46 games.
Cautiously optimistic with our KP who will most likely thinking down the same route.

Nathan Ashmore their goalie, horrible twat but a very good keeper, always seems to do well against us. Played a blinder down at their place earlier in the season. Voted the best keeper in the league last season not for the first time. Not a team we have a very good record against, I,ll go for a goalless draw.

We dont do clean sheets even with our two quality centre halves. As a fully paid upmember of the glass half empty club I'll predict 0-1.

Cracking interview. He's being realistic and giving information to the supporters. "if somebody's having an off day - just get behind them". Sound advice from the manager.

Our luck though. If the players we've got injured were available we'd be hammering Boreham Wood.

They’ve always been there, remember two blokes in the Town End in the early 200o’s constantly moaning about everything, it was like a Harry Enfield sketch, one had the opinion and ego and his middle aged apprentice repeated his lines and nodded.
Even in those days of plenty they venomously at Joel Porter every time he got the ball with spasmodic belchings of bile, till one day the strangest thing happened…. A quiet tall lad who watched the game from the top of the terrace must have cracked, beccuse he cascaded down the stairs and lashed out and twatted the gobshite in chief on the back of the head, who staggered to his knees then ….strolled beck up.
The twins gathered their composure and what passed for dignity and left,
Never saw them again.

shame about Kahn tbh - rather have him back than Duffus. More bodies being available the better but we really could of done with Mancini magic tomorrow. Hopefully he might get some game time next week.

The team coach pulled into Gt Gonerby (Grantham) services the safty when I was in there getting a cuppa on me way home. Most of them weren’t old enough to go into the area where the gambling machines were.
Pools 2 - 1 BW under 14’s

Dickenson starts in place of Senior who is (would you believe it? Injured) otherwise unchanged from last week. Cooper on bench.

What the heck are they doing in training? Are they not warming up properly or are they just kicking chunks out of each other? We’re losing a player each week to “training”.

Don’t Pools train on a plastic pitch, are they not notorious for causing injuries ?

There goal I didn’t even see as was scored in about 10 seconds. After that pools had all of the ball. Passing brilliant but touch poor. As if they are trying to walk the ball in . Dickinson upfront the best of the bunch. We always have 2 players near their goaly but the other 3 are outside the box. We want all 5 around the goaly and someone who is physical who can batter their defenders and Knick it in. We are trying to play to pretty. Philipps should have 5 players around the goaly and 2 outside the box. Don’t understand why we over play once we in the box shoot on site don’t look for the pass. Lost touch amount of time Cooke didn’t shoot. Featherstone crossing brilliant we need to be more physical . Get parkes and waterfalls up when we get a corner and fucking batter them. On the positive greys goal sublime. Now fucking shoot on site pools. This team is shite. Don’t be scared. You know we are the best team and get physical. We will win this. Read this lads and we will win easy
