In the house by myself this morning putting up shelves and heard a carry on between the dogs in the hallway. Walks in to find Ratboy corner young Ruby and snatch one of these plastic charity bags (major charities put through for clothes collections) out of her mouth, he walks over and drops it at my feet.
But what if one drops through and two small children get hold of a thin plastic bag first while the parent is distracted doing something else?

These often get dumped throughout the town in bushes etc when the delivery person gets bored.
