Just watched the highlights back and it was so refreshing listen to Ben Clarke instead of the Boring Boro Twat Barron. He kept saying "us" instead of Hartlepool. When we scored he shouted just like any other poolie. He said he loved playing in front of the home crowd and missed it. He clearly loves Pools unlike the other twat who only loves Boro and our opponents. He also knows what he is talking about unlike Mr Boring Boro Man. I would like to see him return one day in a coaching role or maybe manager because he is a Poolie

I think Micky does a good job, they are told to be more impartial in their commentary as it's also used as the National League TV feed for the away team - obviously Micky takes that on board more than Ben does.

Nor Barron does not like Pools he never has it was simply a job for him and nothing else. I often had chats with him in the past aswell as other players and he never came across as passionate unlike the other players and he was our captain. Mr Boring Boro

Responding last week to Auld Len saying it was about time people recognized Pools was actually a "good well run club", Higgy slated the club as a "shambles" to Radio Borers juvenile giggling Rob Law.
Still bitter after all these years?
Sad really.

Higgy is still bitter also.

Listened to him on the radio before we played Ebbsfleet away, All he did was ridicule us as a club.
Idiot probably did not realise we were listening.

That's called trying to use anything you have or had to get followers. Afterall he could hardly do a podcast on The Boro because nobody knows who he is not even his neighbours.

Good, it’s not only me. Has this irritating habit of wandering off into little stories and general banter when I want a bloody commentary…and yes he is a bit free with the sarcy put downs.

Totally agree with that. In fact you beat me to it.
The "Expert Analysers" as they are referred to who I like most are Ben Clark, Adam Boyd and Robbie Stelling. All three are easy on the ear.

Spot on Mr Derwent.
Maybe we should all drop Radio Borer a line to let them know we are all sick to the back teeth of it?

You can call with your views on 08000 85 95 95, text 81333 (start your message with TEES), WhatsApp 08000 321333 (start your message with TEES) or e-mail tees.sport@bbc.co.uk.

Concentrate on the game FFS, and cut out the giggly schoolboy stuff.
And stop the negativity and shit stirring.. slagging off our club and ridiculing the chairman at every opportunity.
Not allowed is it with Gibson or Borer, no it's exactly the opposite.
Maddo and the crew never ever dare say a word out of turn, even when fans are screaming blue murder on the phone-ins when total shite is being dished out.
Makes me seethe tbh.

What ‘something else’ do you have in mind? With less than 600 subscribers they’ll be lucky if they make £10 an episode

Depends who is on. About half the Cardiff play off side have done one, along with the likes of Gordon Watson. Ken Hodcroft did one and comes over well. Gary Liddle and Graeme Lee had a few things to say about player contract negotiations that wouldn’t surprise you!

No. I think dislike for the Singh regime is not dislike of HUFC. The club is most definitely a shambles unless I dreamed the last few years. Cue more links posted of HUFC employees being recorded in their official capacities on club premises NOT criticising their employer. Stop the phones and hold the presses.

I do like pools being referred to by a Co -commentator as 'we' though. It isn't essential however.

There's definitely things that need to improve ar the club but I don't think there's a silver bullet to put everything right overnight. Shambles isn't the way I see it at the minute.

The most important area for improvement is on the pitch, action has been taken with new head of recruitment, new manager, new players, new faster style of play which got a result against one of the form teams in the division - early days still but let's see if the changes will result in sustained improvement or was Saturday another false dawn? Longer term we can offload the rest of Hartleys footballer imposters in the summer.

Ticketing and entrance to the ground is vastly improved with the move to e-ticketing. Some improvement still needed at the office though, far too slow.

Communication definitely needs improvement, what's the point of an official App and the website when they're not updated in a timely manner.

Some areas of the ground need improvement and egress from the town end of the MH side is downright dangerous due to everyone being funnelled onto the steps rather than opening the gate at terrace level.

The pitch has deteriorated but much of that could be attributable to the wettest winter in living memory.

The above are surely the priorities for most supporters aren't they? None are anywhere near shambolic imo, but there's room for improvement.

Give you a clue, we are not where we are because things have been done WELL. That list you have has some pretty fundamental stuff on it. The pitch wasnt relayed in the summer for the first time in a long long time. More Raj cuts.

The list has all the fu damental stuff on it imo.

Nothing can undo what's gone on already, but the most important thing is what happens on the pitch and everything has had action taken to improve that - recruitment, manager, squad improvements, solid defenders brought in, pace added, so just what we needed. Let's live for the present and the future instead of dwelling in the past. If you're not heartened by the change in performance and spirit shown by the manager and players on Saturday I'm not sure what you would be heartened by (apart from Raj leaving the club)?

Has Raj cut the budget for the pitch or are you just guessing?

I think the time has arrived to get behind the team and bring some stability….. arguing back and forth over the minor debating points of dubious relevance to score points is achieving nothing when both sides positions are inflexible…like firing marshmallow shells at a tank…lot’s of noise but no outcome.

Listen to Auld Len
"People need to recognise Pools is a good well run club"
He should know.
And he doesn't strike me as a lying b/shitter either.
Unlike a certain bitter Scouse I could mention.

Some good points made PTID

Would also suggest one cash/ card paying turnstile for each stand for the casual fans- club must be losing revenue without one

A proper match day programme for ludites like me. Enjoy reading it afterwards and a momento of the day. Who actually buys the digital version?

The App and website are basically the same and both rarely updated. Sometimes the Fail has been published by the time they get around to it.

Also the catering is shite- can we not find a business in the town like Morrells who could supply a decent quality pie that doesn't cost ridiculous monopoly money?

I think it's very fair to say he is doing his bit now for sure  We all want the same thing at the end of the day regardless of differing opinions. Let's now back him KP and the team and lets see what the future brings. I wasn't his biggest fan but its now time

You take it as it comes, expecting success is better framed as anticipating success, demands always blow up in your face.

yes, lets get our programme back and surely the club should not be losing money on them if they get the numbers for sale right and not stuck with hundreds unsold. not interested at all in catering at football grounds as they are either overpriced or of a poor standard. there are usually food outlets close to grounds and if there are not a pack some sandwiches up and a flask. it should only be kids that need something during games and a few packets of crisps, chocolate bars and bottles of pop will keep em happy that will be far cheaper to buy at morrisons on your way to the ground.
