I can only assume that Kevin Phillips secretly brought in some players from a higher level and played them under false names because that was an excellent performance and a very solid defence.

Cooke was excellent as indeed was Parkes. The rest of the team played out of their skin but the trouble is that we don’t know who they really were.

York were a very decent team too by the way.

Need to build a team around this lad, get the ball in that box and he will get plenty of goals.

As regards my opinion …tough, you don’t hold back in your opinions, so don’t be so naive as to be surprised if you get opposite opinions.

They are out there amongst us…..their tear soaked wet pillowcases blowing in the wind, not even able to criticise the team or the managers performance ….the Charge sadx of the Light Brigade from the NCW to rescue our poor home performances went as flat as a Witches tit and to add insult to injury a good time was had by all…except for the doom sayers, who went home broken.
They could be seen laying flowers at the dyslexic shrine sign of ‘RAJ OUT’…..sobbing.

its a football thing i suppose where many also go OTT with a win and look in glee at a cut throat razor with a defeat. there is very little middle ground for many fans but wanting your own team not to succeed needs the workings of a shrink to understand it. i can understand any poolies betting against their team either for not jinxing the result or a bit of cash back if the bet does come off to make something out of the defeat.

are you referring to Akinyemi the lad they paid a shit load of cash for from Scotland ? Hes been a flop tbh given his credentials he came with. Only recently has he started to actually do anything for them. Probs end up away come end of the season tbh - he is too good for them still.

but yeh we played well and won the game - Mani D showing Duffus how its done.
