Write to the club and ask to see it. Tell them you're asking for a friend whose got millions of pounds in his arse pocket and it's painful when he sits down and would like to solve the problem by offloading it.

The business plan is for the money men to see, I don't know of any club releasing a 5 year business plan although I may well be wrong, its not commonplace that's for sure.
Company Values / Mission Statement which is very high level and doesn't include figures.

What I personally believe is that Raj needs to make a statement regarding the future of the club now that the only bid is dead in the water.
So, considering he stated he wants out, then the suggestion he could walk in Feb or stop the funding, what is he going to do now?
Is the club still for sale?
Is there a deadline for him to pull the plug?
