A member of the consortium has provided evidence to HUST that they have £14M and wish to invest that in the club/town.

That is some statement, back over to Raj now for the next move.

They don't own the club mate. Probably earmarked for some other project now.

NWC just put a statement out on Facebook.

That on Saturday we have to let Raj Singh know we don't want him anywhere near our club anymore.

My duty to pass info on good or bad depending on ya morals.

Why would ‘a major international investment company’ want to work with a load of minor investors with all of the noise that creates, and not just take it on as a part of a portfolio themselves?
Why did the Trust Consortium make a ‘final offer’ with an acceptance deadline when by their own admission they had insufficient information to formulate any kind of business?
£600k in a Solicitor’s account sounds impressive but is unlikely to be enough to meet the raised expectations of us Poolies. What funds were the Consortium proposing to input on a year by year basis?
It is easy for both parties to put out tit for tat statements. Pools fans can choose who they believe but the whole thing really reflects very little credit on either party.

Anutha statement on Facebook from a consortium member that they were willing to invest 16M into HUFC.

What a sad day.
In total agreement with the Pools fan on Radio Tees regarding that Sing wanted to stay in full control with the consortium members becoming shareholders.
Obviously never more than 49%.

Unless I actually saw £14 million in CASH, showing bits of paperwork is a load of old bollocks.

For those in the know it is quite easy to forge bank statements and other documents showing false information, NOT that I am suggesting this happened.

But the only real evidence is seeing the the actual cash.

Surely these two potential investors with a combined £30million must have the capability to put together a decent bid. I find it hard to believe that they would use a minor stakeholder to lead any investment project in their day to day business. Some things are better left to professionals.

showing the actual cash these days would be having to go into the bank or get your app open and show me your balance. doesnt work like that but you get my gist - too many rabbits away !

or scrooge duck type and dive head first into a vault full of golden coins

Look at the timing. First Raj was going to walk in February. Then he gets some interest to take over. He finds out the people in the offer are serious and have a lot of money. Then he wants more, they offer some more. He still wants more. They say no and its over.

So if they had £14 million on the hip ready to invest, why wasn’t it lodged with the solicitors?

Sorry to be negative but I distrust ‘distressed company specialists’ they’re not in it for charity.

Lots of bullshit being spread liberally here, the bottom line is that a takeover is not now going to happen - not at the present time anyway. The NWC can and will no doubt protest in their numbers but Raj Singh has already shown that he will not be budged by abuse or threats. The only impact that demonstrating will have is an adverse one on the players, especially those new to the club.

Surely if they had access to £14m, to publicise it would be a public opinion winner, it would get my support…but…..
