I made a comment on the BBC Website relating to Women’s Football, they removed it !

Thank you for recently contributing to the BBC website.
Unfortunately, we've removed your comment because it broke the house rules

This is the text you wrote:
Why is the BBC intend on pushing women’s football to the fore front even to the extent of listing women’s scores and fixtures above the men’s football scores and fixtures.

Your comment was considered to have broken the following House Rule:

"We reserve the right to fail comments which...

Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable Contain swear words or other language likely to offend"

Please take a moment to read the house rules, so we don’t have to remove your comments in the future.

Why did you even bother going on, most of those regs can be interpreted to mean just exactly what suits them.
Funnily enough, if you put a gushing tribute to women’s football on it would have been printed……it appears praise is welcomed, but mild criticism banned.
Which begs the question, if mild criticism is banned , their website pages are surely giving a false picture of opinions….?

Well i was going to watch Silent Witness tonight, Guess what BBC1 have decided to put a match.
Now that has disrupted me.

So if i said that imo Womans football should have its own PAGE that would cause offence, Not in my world.

Jamie you are dealing with Children = BBC.

Pity they were not so vigilant when Mr Saville was on the prowl.

If you really believe there was nothing wrong with your post you could appeal. Perhaps those who put similar posts on websites or on message boards have got nowt better to do and are just trying to draw attention to themselves with their outrage over the rise in popularity of women's football or women in and around football. You were happy enough dropping out of one though.

Hardly the point.
Jamie made a comment, you’re entitled to.
It would appear it goes against their ethos, but if they only allow comments that align with said ethos why bother asking for the comments in the first place….?
Printing the comments only they approve of is missing the point and giving an incorrect outcome to those visiting their site.

They have a policy they refer to. You are invited to comment as long as you follow their policy. That's the point.

You know perfectly well the game they’re playing, they hide behind their labyrinth of clauses that prevents true freedom of expression.
They could give the North Koreans tips.

I typed once when the BBC were having an orgasm over an attendance over a particular women's game so I typed 'How utterly fascinating', then the BBC very quickly removed my comment. They are very protective over ladies footie, I think they feel that they are partly responsible for it's popularity...so to speak.

Jamie change the wording round as in Men first and Women second and see what they write back - if they do?

I,ll say it again.

Is it ok to suggest that "Womens/Girls football" has its own page.

OR
Is it ok to suggest that "Mens/Boys football" has its own page.

Just not sure which is correct.

I doubt you’ll see many posts critical of the women’s game, giving a false viewpoint.
I saw nothing provocative in Jamie’s post, yet the net they cast is so wide as to cover everything, so that it can be ‘interpreted’ by them to suit their ends.

Remember a number years ago, A group of DoctorWho nerds ploughed all their time into
Creating a web site devoted to the Doctor, Everything you could want to know/learn was there for all to see.
They spent all their time and probably money keeping everything on tap.

Guess What.

The Grand and of course Great BBC (mother to all) had it closed down through the courts.

You see some people actually cared for others, And got trampled on.

They are no more than a tinpot dictatorship.

It's worse than that, women's football does have it's own page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/womens) but the main football page is a mix of both the men's and women's game

Never watch it now, just so irrelevant, shame really as one time it was my first choice.
And don’t mention Match of the Day…I don’t need all the dragged out analysis and banter, so bad that if they were undertakers people would stop dying.

The trouble is, the powers up on high with their own agenda on promoting women’s football, cannot understand or even begin to comprehend why some folk don’t class them as equal, but these people want you to conform to their vision of the game.
They’re trapped in the cage of their own assumptions and can’t come to terms with it.

If you're not happy with their website start your own. Or perhaps do your own YouTube channel. You could cover a wide range of other conspiracies in addition to women taking over the world with their own separate competitions being their first step. Where will it end?

They have a narrative they want to guide everyone along to promote the womens game where possible. It is how things change over time and the hope being the womens game will become more popular if people see it, hear it or are exposed to it more often. Personally i quite like watching it. Other than the obvious that fit women in tight shorts look better to me than men in tight shorts i find the actual game decent to watch now too. They tend to play a less direct passing game which suits me too.

Conspiracy my arse. It’s a simple matter of choice and being denied the right to question it.
Any ‘conspiracy’ is in your head….and where will that end….?
If other people want to express a rather mild opinion that doesn’t conform to the BBC’s pedantic obsession with their bold new world view, everyone’s opinion should be,although it’s glaringly obvious some categories can’t be allowed to be offended and others contemptuously dismissed…all very Animal Farm.

plus its not just womens football that they put their own slant on. from covid to race and sexual issues they have there own agenda that is popular with the westminster elite and those who were university educated or pretend they were. the reason saint garry gets away with stuff so much as those who work with him agree.

Let’s be honest, like I said before, you could replace Shearer with a scaffolding plank with a face painted on……has he been taking elocution lessons as he’s starting to sound a bit less Geordie, when I heard him pop up on the radio.

The BBC certainly appear to favour the minority groups when it comes to comments and the staff they employ. When they interview people in the street they must search about for ever looking for the different ethenticitis.

same when they go into schools like this morning when they were on about kids exercise. i live in an area with high immegration and could take you easilty to a school with the vast majority of white kids and a couple of miles away one mainly asian. we know which school the bbc would use. a minority group is just that a minority where everything about them gets a minority amount of publicity for that reason only.
