Anybody watch it? Recent episodes about their game up here. Listen to the way their manager talks to them before the gameand how he talks about us. We were sat 6th top at the time and one of the first things he tells them was, this lot arent even in the same league as you as players.

Totally had us sussed out as a squad back 4 months ago.

Yes there are two episodes involving our home clash on YouTube, their Manager is a Cockney jack the lad type but talks a lot of sense, he also seems to get a lot out of his team and has them organised, witty banter with the home fans too, if Pools players wanted any motivation for the upcoming fixture they should watch that.

never really thought this manager had really what it takes - he doesnt even own a coaching badge tbh. Its astonishing what he has done and also what hes doing. Real life football manager with probably a bigger budget than us.
Sometimes though its belief in the players and getting them going the good old ways like Fergie and Clough etc !

its what we need now - we need a system and players who believe they can go out there and make it happen and win games.

Having a coaching badge doesn't garantee being
successful manager,it's just really a piece of paper really.

I will have to argue against that i am afraid. The higher you go up the coaching badge ladder the more you have to demonstrate your ability as a coach / manager and even knowledge of the game in its entirety and ruling. Hence why you cant coach at the top level without the correct badges.

A number of years ago England was lagging behind the rest of Europe in coaches.
So they started dishing them out left right and centre
Hate to say this but some coaches are really boring.

Makes you wonder how they can afford to stop at Redworth Hall on their gates

Probably used Secret Escapes or Wowcher.
It's cheap as chips.

usually you can tell at what period they took their courses. there teams more or less all play the same as well as the comments they make. they sound boring like the football there teams play. its just the players that are different for all clubs with some being better than others.
