I think Keith Curle was dealt a shit hand too.
Let's not forget he couldn't sign anybody after that fat scotch knacker Hartley blew the budget on shortbread- he had to wait until the January transfer window and we were well adrift by then. He did sign Dodds and Kempy as well as a raft of other shit - but think he'd have kept us up had he arrived when Hartley did.
I just wish we'd appointed Pete Wild from Halifax, who is now at Barrow- he's doing a hell of a job there- instead of that fat scotch knacker.

I would have given the job to Williamson who is a terrific manager.

I was shouted down when I said that earlier jn the season , apparently our smash and grab 2-1 win was a tactical masterclass !

You mean when we were outclassed by gateshead but the rose tinted thought we somehow deserved the victory?

Gateshead played tidy football up to the edge of our box but created next to nothing by way of chances, defensively Seaman was immense dropped to RB after the sending off.
Defensively it was a very good performance by us with 10 men, we've been shite defensively since then with 11 - bizarre, were we good or were they poor?

You don’t get what you deserve in football, you get what you scrap for, class is as class does and most normal supporters know and accept this and are happy to take the points.
Constantly comparing YOUR TEAM to their rivals when they have a good patch to rubbish your own team constantly is dysfunctional at a new level.
Getting excited when things go wrong and muted when they do tells me all I need to know.

think the bunker and twitter are to blame for a lot of this. at a game it was more sarcastic and gallows humour about pre, during and after games and that tended to be it.
