Their chairman's statement a couple of days ago:
"We are in discussions with a number of interested parties regarding my stake in the club. Those discussions have been positive and are progressing well, but we are not at the stage whereby a takeover is imminent...it is essential we operate on a sustainable basis, and a number of changes have been made over recent weeks as we transition towards that."

Amazing the increase in crowds when they started winning so you know they can soon disappear as well. Problem for a takeover is the ground can't really be extended much and not exactly prime retail land.

Interesting they moving towards a sustainable operating basis now that the owner is pulling out. Obviously potential investors are not willing or able to match what he was putting in.
Player clear out at the end of the season and inevitable house of cards scenario on the way one would think.
We've seen it all before, Leeds, Blackburn, Pools, Darlo, etc and we'll likely see others go the same way when the financiers of clubs move on as they usually do.
At our level, and without a sugar daddy owner, a sustainable operating basis has to be an objective. Raj has stated this many times although he's making a pigs ear of getting there.

Trouble is, the injuns get there first.
