Looking at the highlights and reading match reports, and from comments from people who were there we didn't struggle at all.

just wonder if york have an owner who is meddling more on team affairs and signings unlike the ones mentioned. it must be hard just to leave someone with your checkbook and tell em to just get on with it. trust or not trust your manager does not fully come into it. if any of us owned pools we,d find it hard to tell askey that we do not want so and so at the club but fancy someone else.

one thing we must agree on is the club cannot just keep bumbling along like it is now. think anything now is worth a risk and we all have to take a risk sometimes in life especially when there aint much to lose.

I'd rather the club does keep bumbling along than Raj walking without a sale though.
If we hadn't kept bumbling in the 60s, 70s, 80s we would've been thrown out of the league never to return in a likelihood.
We're no worse off really than our previous 1st season in this league, and it's the hardest league in England to get out of. It's not as if we're in free fall at the moment.
