Stop signing centre back after centre back and instead try and get some full backs who can actually defend, understand their position and stop cross after fucking cross coming in….thanks and merry Xmas

Everytime he signs a full back, the bugger gets injured so no point. Might as well play five centre halves. (joke)

It is quite easy to have a go, the facts are there is no one about and within the budget limits apart from U23 players, also getting players to come to Hartlepool is a problem due to location, hence Jennings signing for Tranmere and not staying with us

Correct, U23 players have to go somewhere when eventually their clubs discard them, it’s doing what they know or van driver.
As for location we have three league clubs within a 50 mile radius….now go down to Stockport for example and check out how many league clubs they have within only a 25 mile radius.
You’d be surprised.

I get what you are saying but the NE is well and truly off the beaten track. The Mags, Boro and Sunland can attract players by waving the cash but we are in no position to do that. If a player was offered the same money but could choose between the North East or North West, I suspec they would go to the North West.

Er, I think that’s what we are saying, it’s harder to attract players for us.

Askey has attracted plenty, Getting them to gel thats another matter.
However our frenchman could and should be his saviour.

Think we should have a right go at this Trophy lark, Cause the season is knackered i think.

unless we are really unlucky with an away draw against a good side who is having a go at the trophy then it will keep our season alive. i,d swap our current position at the end of the season now to see pools at wembley. so many of those around the PO spots always seem to put weakened sides out for this.

If he’d got it right the first time maybe he wouldn’t have needed to sign so many.
